Surface dressing to road side berm n exc 15 cm deep and making slop outside road edge incl making good and removal of debris off the site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, including removal of deberies out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n. exc 15 cm thick( below or above ground level) complete including removal of debries out side defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any description etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debries out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded ans solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Pre-cast PCC bond stone shall be measured and paid separately under respective items after deductions from gross quantity of random rubble stone masonry).

Description all as per srl item No 6.00 above but (EXCEPT STONES) complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling built in lime or sand stone, for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n. exc. 40mm and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of randam rubble walling, uncoarsed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete bond/through stone PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) set in cement mortar 1:6 ( @ Two numbers per Sqm) including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raking out joints/ pointing in cement mortar to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses stone masonry built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE:- The quoted rates include for racking or cutting out joints and decayed mortar etc, not less than 12mm deep, washing the joints, removing rubbish off the premises, and keeping the surface to be pointed wet for two days prior to re-pointing).

M&L for keyed pointing in cement mortar 1:4 to random/polygonal rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length, with rubber ring joints, in weep holes as in retaining walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L P.C.C (1:4:8) type D-2 (40mm graded crushed stone agg) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specificed and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed of drain including finishing fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with flyash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 12 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landing, cover slab (for drain etc.) and similar articles with plain faces including chamfers, weatherings, throatings etc. and setting in CM 1:6 complete with joints to match including form work complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respactive item).

M&L for RCC (1:2:4), type B1,(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls or similar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to side and soffit of RCC slab for rough finished surfaces n.exc 200mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Carefully cutting to existing RCC slab/parapet and providing 450 x 150mm dia cast iron pipe with rich cement mortar of (1:3) incl making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, benching and similar works, finished even and smooth including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring to receive pavers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring to receive pavers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops,rounded or chamfered on edges in any sescription complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of water spouts 200 to 300mm dia 1.20 to 1.50 mtr long including repair to damage portion of enterence of spout with PCC (1:2:4) type B-O complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick, M-35 Grade coloured machine pressed precast rubber moulded concrete interlocking (red/yellow) paver block of any shape and size with 6-8mm white cement layer mixed with pigment and coated with epoxy coating having high glossy finish confirming to IS 15658-2006 , laid dry over and including 50 mm thick screened river washed sand cushion, and dismantling existing interlocking paver block of any shape and size removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade coloured machine pressed precast rubber moulded concrete interlocking (red/yellow) paver block of any shape and size with 6-8mm white cement layer mixed with pigment and coated with epoxy coating having high glossy finish confirming to IS 15658-2006 , laid dry over and including 50 mm thick screened river washed sand cushion, and dismantling existing interlocking paver block of any shape and size removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and laying at or near ground level rubber moulded factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointing with cement mortar 1:3 including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to be more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair coloured designer wall tiles of size exc 0.14 Sqm & n. exc 0.20 Sqm for wall cladding for external decorative purposes of minimum thickness 8mm over and including 10mm cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of existing wall finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair coloured designer digitally printed glossy finish wall tiles of size exc 0.14 Sqm & n. exc 0.20 Sqm for wall cladding for external decorative purposes of minimum thickness 8mm over and including 10mm cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of existing wall finishes complete all as specified and directed.
