| 1.00 | Day-to-day repair/ maintenance of the existing 1000 LPH reverse osmosis (R.O.) plant equipment at CWS Colony. The job includes:
(A) Repair or replacement of various components (which are damaged or not usable anymore), as per requirement;
(B) Full servicing including checking, cleaning, washing, etc.;
(C) Flow setting, TDS setting, & other settings;
(D) Testing, trial runs, etc.; and
(E) Other allied jobs, as per requirement.
Note:
(i) All these jobs are to be carried out by the contractor mandatorily every 2 months and additionally, as & when required or as & when instructed by the department;
(ii) The contractor has to deploy professional & experienced technician for the job (along with all the required tools). The technician should have thorough knowledge of the equipment and the parts.
(iii) For payment, measurement shall be made as per the number of times of successful servicing, i.e. when all the issues are resolved by the servicing and the R.O. resumes working smoothly.
(iv) The contractor also has to ensure that the technician & his helper(s) are equipped with all the safety gear/ accessories required for the job including safety shoes, face masks (if required), safety gloves, etc.
(v) All the required spares & consumables are to be provided by the contractor. Cost of some of the spares/ consumables is included separately in item no. 2. Cost of other occasionally required spares (such as internal plumbing, flow meter, pressure guage, float sensor, TDS controller, multiport valve, etc.), which are not included in item no. 2, is included in this item, without any separate measurement or payment.

| 3.00 | Day-to-day operation, sweeping, brooming, cleanliness, & housekeeping of the existing R.O. plant at CWS Colony. The job includes:
(A) Daily operation of various pumps, motors, switches, valves, etc. for smooth operation of R.O. plant, including water treatment, water storage, etc.;
(B) Other day-to-day jobs required for smooth operation of R.O. plant, such as dosing, backwashing, removing & fixing filter candles, etc., as & when required;
(C) Cleaning of water tanks, as & when required;
(D) Daily brooming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc. to keep the premises neat & clean;
(E) Cleaning of grass, bushes, etc. from R.O. premises & its surroundings, as & when required;
(F) Housekeeping jobs such as shifting of various objects etc., as & when required; and
(G) Other allied jobs related to operation, cleanliness, & housekeeping.
Note:
(i) All these jobs are to be carried out by the contractor as per instructions of the department;
(ii) The contractor is required to deploy one suitable operator (semi-skilled) in first shift/ general shift daily, except on weekly rest days and public holidays. The contractor has to deploy such worker who is trained, experienced, and suitable for the job. Providing leaves to the worker is the responsibility of the contractor and the contractor is also required to deploy suitable substitute in case the worker is on leave/ absent. In measurement, number of days shall be calculated as total number of manshifts (as per actual attendance).
(iii) Daily attendance shall be maintained at the designated place. Each worker is required to carry an ID card of some government authority (aadhaar card, voter's card, driver's licence, PAN card, etc.).
(iv) Each worker of the contractor shall be equipped with all the safety gear/ accessories required for the job including gum-boots/ safety shoes, face masks (if required) (washable & re-usable), raincoats (depending upon season & weather), gloves (washable & re-usable), etc. They shall also be equipped with basic tools & equipment required for the jobs described above, such as phawada, tagadi/ghamela, gaiti, kulhadi, kudali, hasiya, etc. All these personal safety accessories and basic working tools are to be provided by the contractor to the workers, and their shall be no separate measurement/ payment for them.
(v) Other tools & consumables for cleaning job (such as brooms, detergent, etc.) shall be arranged by WCL, without any cost to be charged from the contractor.
