S&F in replacement Energy saving, surface mounted, bulk head LED luminaire 10 W complete including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement SPN MCB DB 12 way sheet metal enclosures double door 230 V AC, 50 Hz AC with IP 43 and IK 09 rating having fully insulated copper busbar of rating not less than 100Amps, insulated neautral bar, earth bar and cable ties for cable management including polyuthrene gasket complete all as specified and directed

All as per Srl item No 125 here in before but for size 8way complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB SP 240V, 50Hz of rating 6 to 32 Amp with breaking capacity of 10 kA having bi-connect terminals on the bottom terminals for looping and 35Sqmm termination capacity on both terminals with insulated sliding shutters and two position DIN rail clamp for easy mounting complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 127 here in before but for MCB SPN 240V, 50Hz, 10 KA,of rating 40-63Amp.

M & L for earthing complete with G .l earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below GL ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50mtr, including PCC chamber in PCC (1 : 2 : 4), type B1, using (20 mm graded stone aggregate), mild steel frame made out of angle iron of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6 mm thick Cl cover with handle , watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe for watering, 15 mm dia medium grade Gl pipe for earth wire protection with and including alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt. complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to DBs all as specified and indicated including testing on completion.

Taking down old ceiling fans and exhaust fans and cleaning, greasing, servicing and carrying out minor repairs such as replacement of canopy set, PVC round sheet, clamps, fan blade, screws, check nuts, exhaust fan louver round shaped etc incl painting with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc and refixing at same location and connecting up with 3 core flexible copper conductor of 0.50 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 Sq mm 2core. laid in trenches, fixed along wall, through GI pipe under floor/Road including dismantling existing service cable of any size from electric pole to building, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling in trenches dry and and clean sand unwashed including punning around cable for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for well burned bricks , laind flat ( old size) sub class B designation 75 for cable protection copmplete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for tube , light grade galvanised of 40 mm bore with all fittings laid in trenches/through wall / under road/floor or pole by means of FI clamps, nuts bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Total amount of SCHEDUL 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 45317.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
