JOB NO - 008/LBW/JODH/2019-20 Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Remote Control Panel (RCP), indoor cubicle type floor mounted factory made comprising of following : - (a) Auxiliary relay for winding temperature of power transformer oil, suitable for DC auxiliary supply 24 volts or 110 volts. (b) Auxiliary relay for winding temperature of Power Transformer suitable for DC auxiliary supply 24 volts or 110 volts. (c) Auxiliary relay for Bochholtz Tripping. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Marshalling Box with gable roof and front openable door with locking arrangement tuffended glass in front site should totally enclosed dust, vermin and rust proof fixed with MS angle iron frame with fixing arrangement comprising of the following : - (a) Sensor for Oil Temperature. (OTI). (b) Sensor for Winding Temperature (WTI). (c) Sensor for Buchholtz relay tripping. (d) Temperature monitoring gauge with provisioning of max temperature hold and reset option. The panels shall be factory made, double door, made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet totally enclosed dust, vermin and rust proof front operated, front and rear opening with locking arrangement fixed with MS angle iron frame duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with colour as directed including internal wiring with multistranded copper conductor cable of suitable size incl lugs and cable gland to incoming and outgoing cables etc all as directed at site and comprising of the following:- (a) Electronic /Solid State Automatic Voltage Regulator unit for supply voltage 33 KV feeder through potential transformer secondary supply 110 Volts. (b) Multi function soft touch for monitoring various electrical parameter viz frequency, voltage etc. (c) Digital meter for Tap position. (d) Indication lamp with ON/OFF etc. (e) Complete internal wiring and control cable etc as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 2 kVA UPS (Inverter) with battery bank for 60 minutes backup at 100 % load as per design & specifications for Substation critical components, Industrial type online UPS with static switches for bypass etc including maintenance free batteries of 12 Volts 180 AH of suitable numbers ad directed for output supply of 230 Volts with battery bank & UPS stand/box as per specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge. Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C -2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole /struts/stay assembly etc complete all as directed by EIC.

Material and labour Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C -1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate set in cement motor 1:6 for pedestal of poles/copping including necessary frame work, fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete all as directed by EIC.

Material and labour for prestressed cement concrete poles 9 M long of size 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102mm x 279 mm at bottom class-10, conforming to relavent latest IS including excavation and earthwork complete all as specified and directed at site by EIC. Note : - P.C.C Work will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply and fix GI pipe Bracket of 32 mm dia medium grade pipe bend to shape of approx length 1.5 Mtr including 2 No. MS Clamp of flat iron of suitable size complete with nut, bolt, washers with two coats of aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by EIC at site.

JOB NO - 030/RW/JODH/2019-20 Demolation and Dismantling of RCC and similar suspended work of OHT (overhead tank) up to height 7.5m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in Charge.

Demolation and Dismantling of RCC and similar suspended work of OHT (overhead tank) up to height exc 7.5m but not exc 15m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in Charge. NOTE for Sr Item No 23 & 24 :- Notes are applicable only for item nos 23 to 24 (i) Contractor will arrange and provide all necessary arrangements viz Horizontal & vertical props steel plates for forming staging to do work of dismatling of RCC OHT (Approximate height of tank 15 m) (ii) All equipment's required for mechanical drilling/cutting for dismantling of concrete work and cutting for reinforcement shall be arranged by the controctor (iii) All safety measures and arrangements like Nylon safety net to be provided and fixed in position so as to avoid any damages from dismentaled items. (iv) Any other equipment's and T & P (like hydrolic crane JCB or else) etc whatsoever are required for dismantling work safely shall be arranged and made availiable by the contractor. (v) All safety measures for workmen to do work shall be provided by the contractor. (vi) No blasting is permitted in any circumstances. (vii) Contractor (bidder) shall note and understand that the rate quoted by him & in r/o of dismantling the RCC OHT items shall be deemed included in quoted rate and no extra on this account is admissible. (viii) Necessary insurance of labour as per law shall be done by the contractor. (ix) Contractors are also advised to visit site of work before quoting rate against these items prior to get permission for Engineer- in - Charge.

Removal of Bldg material out of MoD land exceeding 1.5KM but not exceeding 5KM complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep complete all as specified directed.

Dismantling of wought iron, cast iron, mild steel, pipe of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.
