Supply, Delivery and storage at site raw water Vertical Turbine Pumping Machinary with discharge head, column pipe, sole plate, strainer, foundation bolt etc. having the following specification and as per NIT. a) Discharge :-505 m3 per hour. b) Bowl Head :- 85 MWC. H-Q-P Curve of pumps in test bed has to be submitted during the delivery. (2W +1S)

Supply, Delivery and storage at site 200Kw, 1500 rpm(syn) speed, 415V vertical induction motor (IE3) as per NIT. Routine test certificate of induction motor has to be submitted during delivery.

Supply, delivery and storage at site Cast Steel Double Flanged single door swing check N.R.V. Generally confirming to BS Standard PN-1.6 and as per detail given in NIT (Test Certificate, Warranty Certificate to be submitted for each valve at the time of delivery)

Supply, delivery and storage at site300 mm dia double flange fabricated steel actuator operated butterfly valve generally conforming to IS13095, PN-1.6. and as per detail given in NIT.

Supply, delivery and storage at site 450 mm dia double flanged fabricated steel actuator operated butterfly valve generally conforming to IS13095, PN-1.6. and as per detail given in NIT N.B.

Supply ,Delivery & storage at site of Cast Iron double orifice air release valve of DN 50, PN 1.6 rating with isolating CIDF sluice valve as per relevent IS standard.

Supply, Delivery and Storage at site burdon type pressure gauge, 150 mm dia cast Aluminium Dial with , SS internal, DN 15 GI impulse line with three way cock. a)Pressure gauge (0-16 kg/cm2)

Supply, Delivery and Storage at site , 16 kg/cm2 rating MS Pipes with required reducer , Flanges, Bends, Tees, Fittings,specials,nuts,bolts,gaskets etc. as reqd. to make the installation complete in all respect

a) DN 350 (thickness 8 mm) PN 1.6 rating for Delivery side of each pump

(b) DN 450 mm(10mm thick) PN 1.6 rating for Common manifold & header

Supply, delivery at site and storage of electrically operated magnetic flow meter for installing on Raw water header along with remote mount smart transmitter having rate indication, totalisation etc. as per details given in NIT. Raw water header line size DN 450 mm (Flow element size DN 400 mm )

Supply delivery and storage of 5 MT capacity HOT Crane with steel gantry Girder of approx Span 9.0 mtr. travel 9.0 mtr. and lift of 6.0 mtr. single girder construction H.O.T. over Head travelling crane complete with Indef brand triple spur gear chain pulley block . Gantry girder should be with 40 mm square M. S. bar used as rail for the crane for total length of 9x 2 = 18 mtrs. Suitable travel chain for long travel & cross travel arrangement along with lift chain are to be provided. The bay length shall be 9.0 mtr and supporting distance for the steel gantry girder shall be 5 mtrs. Approx. Suitable base plate and side insert plates are also to be provided. The crane shall be r class-I duty, indoor operation conforming to IS:807, IS:3177 and IS:3832. Test and guarantee certificate have to be supplied at the time of delivery.

Supply , delivery at site and storage of , sheet steel enclosed compartmentalized floor mounted , 12 KV, 800 A , 3 panel horizontal drawout type VCB complete with all accessories as per technical specification given in NIT.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of oil immersed 11/0.433KV inoor type copper wound 1250 KVA, 3Ph. 50c/s. with a vector group of Dyn. 11 transformer complete with all accessories as per IS 1180 Level -II including OLTC in compliance with technical specification given in NIT.

Supply delivery and storage of 415V AC, 2000A 50Hz., 3 Phase, TPN busduct with Electrollytic Grade Al. flat bars in steel enclosure alongwith fixing brackets & accessories as per specification from secondary side of transformer to incomer ACB's of 415V PDB.

Supply, Delivery and Storage at Site 2 mm. thick CRCA Sheet Steel enclosed cubical type indoor floor mounted 415 Volt PDB cum MCC Panel with 2000 A TPN sleeved Al.Busbar SCADA and PLC compatible compartmentaliz ed non draw out construction epoxy based painting by power coating method having feeders as per NIT including Soft Starter for raw water pumps

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 2 mm thick CRCA enclosed IP-55, LPBS for pumps conforming details specified in NIT.

Supply, delievry at site & storage of 2 mm thick CRCA enclosed IP-54, LPBs for motorized valves on pipe line conforming details specified in NIT.

Supply & delivery at site & storage of 110V, 100AH maintenance free type lead acid battery with battery charger & distribution board all housed in one 2mm thick floor mounted sheet steel enclosed panel. Charger made of solid state silicon controlled rectifier must have automatic float boost change over facility in compliance with NIT specification

Supply, Delivery and storage at site 11KV(E) Grade 3C x240 sq. mm. XLPE insulated Al. Armoured Cable conforming to IS7098 part-II of approved Make for Power supply agency Panel Board to incoming HT panel and from Outgoing HT panels to Transformer complete with indoor end termination kits in complience with NIT specification

Supply, Delivery and storage at site of following 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated Al.Ar Cable as per technical specification of NIT

a) 3 core 150 Sqmm 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated Al.Ar Cable for raw water pump motors in pump house

b) 4 core 16 Sqmm 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated Al.Ar Cable for lighting ,ventilation, OLTC etc.

c) 4C 10sq.mm 1.1 KV grade XLPE Al. Ar.Cable for Battery charger, valve Actuator etc (one length per feeder, total six feeders)

d) 2C 6sq.mm 1.1KV grade XLPE Al. Ar. Cable for single phase power supply

e) 2C 2.5 & 1.5sq.mm 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated stranded copper wire for lighting

f) Supply, delivery at site and stroage of 1.1KV grade multicore (minimum 10 core) PVC insulated 2.5sq.mm stranded copper conductor armoured control cable conforming to NIT specification

g) Supply delivery and storage at site indoor type heat Shrincable termination kit for 3 core 240 sqmm 11KV(E) XLPE Armoured cable

Supply, delivery at site and stroage of earthing & lightning protection materials consisting of 2 x 65mm x 8mm main earth grid about 20Nos. 50mm dia x 3000 mm long GI pipe for earth electrode, 25mm x 4mm GI Flat for Lighting Protection & miscellaneous earthing materials conforming details specified in NIT

Supply, delivery at site and storage of safety equipment like fire extinguishers, fire buckets, rubber mats, shock treatment chart and first aid box as per NIT with satisfaction of EIC and electrical inspector

Supply, delivery at site and storage of electical equipments for internal lighting, exhaust fan, internal wiring etc for the pump house & substation including but not limited to following materilas as per NIT specification : a) 2(two) nos. LDBS with one 32A TPN MCB and required nos. of outgoing MCB feeders. b) 8(eight) nos. of Streer Light Fittings (Philips or equivalent)BRP 409 LED CW036 MRFG51 PSU GR for Sub Station periphery lighting. c) 21(twenty one) nos. of fittings equivalent to Philips MAS LED spot LVD 10-50W 827 APRII 24D for Substation interior. d) 11 nos. exhaust fans, 3 nos. ceiling fans, 1 no. pedestal fans, switch socket outlets as required for Subsstation interior. e) 8(eight) nos. street light fittings equivalent to Philips BRP 409 LED CW036 MRFG51 PSU GR for Pump House Perephery lighting. f) 20(twenty) nos. of fittings equvalent to Philips MAS LED spot LVD 15-75W 827 ARIII 24D for Pump House interior. (operating floor & pump floor)

Supply, delivery at site and stroage of MS fabricated grating with suitable angle all round for covering floor openings after equipment installation in pump house conforming details speciied in NIT

Part - B

Installation for Raw Water Pumps and Substation : Installation of all items(Sl.-01 to Sl-24) as mentioned in Part -A: Supply Part for Raw Water Pumping Installation and Substation including supply of all erection materials, pipe supports, valve supports etc as required for installation of Pumping Machinery, Cable Jointing Kits, Cable supports & Clamps etc. including laying of HT & LT cables through permanent cable trench on GI Rack / Tray, earthing & lightning protection as per IE Rules complete indoor & outdoor lightning installation work with all internal & external wiring to the entire satisfaction of EIC in compliance with NIT Specification. (Rate to include hire charges of generator, welding set, fuel, lubricants etc for completion of work.

Providing G.I Rack / Tray for laying of HT & LT cable inside the Sub-Station Room and Pump House as well as approach bridge of pump house as per NIT specification

Providing removable chequered plate over the open portion of the cable trench at substation after installation of the equipment in compliance with NIT specification and as per direction of EIC and with a provision of lifting lug over the MS Chequered Plate.

Painting of the installation by two coats of enamel paints (colour to be decided by purchaser) over a coat of primer as per NIT specification

High pressure testing of the Sub-Station including relevant testing of 11 KV cable, earthing etc. by approved agency of Directorate of Electricity, Govt. of West Bengal and obtaining approval certificate of sub-stn. from director of Electricity.

Commissioning of the entire 1250 KVA installation i.e indoor sub-station (2x11/0.433KV) Raw water pumps, Actuator ,Electric Panels etc. as per NIT specification and direction of EIC

Operation of the entire installation in both Sub-Station & Pumping Station on 24 hours basis including guarding and maintenance for a period of 12 (twelve) months are to be provided with supply of skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled personnel including watch & ward personnel from the date of commissioning in complicance with NIT specification. During maintenance period supply of all consumable materials, sundries & lubricants are to be supplied. Charges of electrical energy during maintenance period will be borne by the Department
