G.I. volume control damper - Supply, installation and testing of manually operated, multilouvered, opposed aerofoil blade G.I volume control damper with aluminum paint, outer body frame and having blades fabricated out of 1.5mm (minimum) thick extruded G.I section complete with other accessories such as locking arrangement, gear train, handle, position indicator etc. as per tender technical specifications.

Supply and installation of combined motorised fire cum smoke control damper as per UL 555 and UL 555S complete with fire & smoke sensors, actuator, control panel and other accessories as per tender technical specifications.

Supply and installation of Sound Attenuator of length 1500 mm with GSS casing splitters, fiber glass tissue paper for covering with SS perforated sheet etc. suitable as per technical specification

Air-cooled DX Condensing Units - ( 8.5 TR )-Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Air-cooled condensing units for DX type AHU complete with hermatically sealed compressor (Scroll compressor), copper refrigerant pipings duly insulated with preformed aluminium foil preclad nitrile rubber sleeves insulation of 19 mm thick (the average distance between condensing units and AHU shall be approximately 15 meters), refrigerant gas & oil charge. Inbuilt safety cutouts viz. High Pressure, Low Pressure & Oil Pressure switches etc., thermostatic expansion valves, thermostats for tripping the compressors after reaching the temperature of conditioned area to maintain required temperature in conditioned area. Air cooled condenser coil with suitable size fan and motor along with angle frame & vibration isolation pads for mounting the unit. The units to be connected to AHU with DX coil. All other materials, components and accessories required for proper functioning and installation of the units shall be included in present scope of work.
