Preventive Maintenance of PCC Panels: - Preventive Maintenance of Power Control Centre (PCC) installed at various locations of CSIR-IICT. The work includes preventive maintenance of all outgoings connected to PCC panels including PDB's, LDB's, PB's, SB's etc., The works includes, tightening of bolts & nuts of the bus bars in the bus bar chamber, inspection of all terminals of the MCCB & MCB units, all connectors of PCC panels, spares & jumpers, metering unit and tightening them appropriately to avoid loose contact, de dusting the total area of the panels & earth pits and their surroundings keeping clean and tidy. The work includes taking of IR values of main bus bars, ER values of earth pits and submitting the reports as required and as per the direction of engineer in charge. Misc hardwares like lugs, waste cotton, emery paper, cleaning cloth & solvent, paint, brushes and necessary tools and plants are in the scope of contractor only. The maintenance schedule of the above works will be given by the department.

The work includes preventive maintenance of all connected MCCB's & VCB’s etc., as required. The works includes, tightening of bolts & nuts of the bus bars in the bus bar chamber, inspection of all terminals of the VCB’s, ACB’s, BC’s, MCCB’s and Transformer HV & LV sides, all connectors of PCC panels, spares & jumpers, metering unit and tightening them appropriately to avoid loose contact, de dusting the total area of the panels & earth pits and their surroundings keeping clean and tidy. The work includes taking of IR values of main bus bars, ER values of earth pits and submitting the reports as required and as per the direction of engineer in charge. Misc hardwares like lugs, waste cotton, emery paper, cleaning cloth & solvent, paint, brushes and necessary tools and plants are in the scope of contractor only. The maintenance schedule of the above works will be given by the department.

Painting of Outdoor PCC Panels: - Supply and Providing Spray painting of multi clour aspa sparay painting for floor mounted electrical panels (Approximate Size of each panel 7' x 2' x 4' ) installed at outdoor across various places in the institute such as staff quarters, IICT club etc., The work includes removing of rust & damages with minor welding works as required with primary coating of red oxide followed by two coats of spary painting as per the standards of IS and as directed by the engineer in charge. Misc hardwares like lugs, waste cotton, emery paper, cleaning cloth & solvent, paint, brushes and necessary tools and plants are in the scope of contractor only. The maintenance schedule of the above works will be given by the department.
