Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 and tippers with Disposal upto 1000 metres. Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. As per MoRT&H specification No. 301 Sr. No. 3.6 (Rates are including all taxes labour cess etc but excluding GST)

Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from Borrowpits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from site with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300-2. As per MoRT&H specification No. 305 Sr. No. 3.16 (Rates are including all taxes roylaty,labour cess etc. but excluding GST)

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained form borrowpits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300-2. As per MoRT&H specification No. 305 Sr. No. 3.18 (Rates are including all taxes labour cess etc but excluding GST)

Construction of Embankment with Material Deposited from Roadway Cutting Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.(Rates are including all taxes roylaty,labour cess etc. but excluding GST)

Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material (Table:- 400- 2) Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material of spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401.including of all taxes.(Rates are including all taxes roylaty,labour cess etc. but excluding GST)

Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mecahnical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacitng with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. As per SI No. 406 including of all taxes.(Rates are including all taxes roylaty,labour cess etc. but excluding GST)

WMM+1% OPC Cement + 3.5% Emulsion Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.5% Emulstion in uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desire density.(Rates are including emulsion/cement all taxes roylaty,labour cess etc. but excluding GST)

Tack Coat Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen V.G.-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributor@ 1750sqmphr cap. at the rate of 0.30Kg. per Sqm. on the prepared granular and bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom @1250sqmphr and air compressure @ 250cfm capacity including all taxes, cost of all material , labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.including of all taxes. (Rates are including Bitumen VG-10 all taxes roylaty,labour cess etc. but excluding GST)

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying Dense Graded bituminous macadam with 60-90 T.P. batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonns per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydristatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compatction as per MoRT&H Specifications clause 507 complete in all respects. including of all taxes. (Rates are including Bitumen VG-30 all taxes roylaty,labour cess etc. but excluding GST)

Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120TPH batch type HMP producing an average oitpir ot 75 tonne per hour ising crished aggregated of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4% by weight of total mix and filler. Transporting the hot mix to work site and laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled Vibratory & tendem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT & H specification clause 509 complete in all respects. (Rates are including Bitumen VG-30 all taxes roylaty,labour cess etc. but excluding GST)

Providing and laying pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical Specification As per MORT&H specification SI.No.2504 (Rates are including all taxes roylaty,labour cess etc. but excluding GST)
