SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

M & L for mild steel round bar 10mm dia and over cut into length, bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping as in tie bar for fixing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair concertina coil fencing with punching tap concertina coil 960mm dia 13 mtres openable length having 53 Nos rounds per 6 metres length, single coil, fixed on wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped with horizontal reinforced barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing, stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: (i) Weight of concertina coil shall be ascertain by a BOO to be convened by Accepting Officer (ii) Barbed wire shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items here-in-before)

All as per serial item No. 11 above but fixing only in repair of any dia complete all as directed. (Note: Old serviceable loosed concertina coil shall be refixed at site after taking down complete)

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls, etc and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick pre-polished cement concrete chequered tiles, glossy finish , smooth in design , compressive strength 300 kg/Sqcm, ISI marking (IS-13801-1993), set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 20mm thick scread bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down street light fittings/flood lights of any type any capacity from existing pole after disconnecting all electrical connections and removing from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand cushioning with clean dry sand in trenches for protection of under ground cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment)

Supply and laying well burnt bricks, sub class 'B' bricks laid breath wise across the length of cable in trenches for protection of UG cables complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Street light bracket arm of length not less than 1.2 m made out of GI tubing, 40 mm bore, light grade fixed to pole, etc with suitable size flat iron clamp, nuts, bolts including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm 2 core including taking out old one complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excvation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately)

M & L for disconnecting burnt end or portion of UG cable, removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation and earth work, relaying and re-connecting the cable by removing burnt protion of cable and preparing fresh terminals for cable of cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core to 95 Sqmm 3.5 core of LT cable to pole main switch etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair powder coated street light feeder panel with IP65 protection for outdoor application, modular changeover functions as auto manual bypass of time switch, digital Astro time switch to adjust time, 16 module enclosure, one MCB 4 pole 10 KA capacity 40 Amp, one MCB type change over 25amp, 2P, 250V, one contactor 40A 230V including 4 pole surge protection device including locking arrangement, glands and lugs etc and fixed to pole with nuts bolts washers etc complete all as specified and directed.
