PERIODICAL SERVICE AND CAMOUFLAGE PAINTING TO CERTAIN BUILDINGS AND BOUNDARY WALL IN KALUCHAK AREA AND 23 WING UNDER GE AF JAMMU

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick wall ceiling and concrete surface etc including racking out joints,hacking for keys scrubbing to a distance not exceeding 100 mtr depoisting and spreadingcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Except Bricks work with old size bricks, using old serviceable bricks, as retrieved from dismantling of brick work under respective item, after removing mortar from and cleaning bricks; straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for making good the broken surface of chajja /facia/roof projection and the simalr work by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using crused stone aggregate, or providing 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 as per site Requirment as patchesand including necessary formwork scafolding required height of building n-exc 9.50mtr complete all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work/stone wall or concrete surfaces,(without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:4), including mixing of liquid water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Supply only liquid water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of this BOQ

Supply only Liquid Water Proofing admixture complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Complete removal of old existing whrerein the previous decoration has been completly removed from plastered surface of walls by using sanders brushing machine and proper washing of walls with water.over one coat of primer and applying two coats of exterior quality paint in camoflaging pattern Make: Asian Ultima protek/ Nerolac excel Excel top guard / Berger Paint weather Coat long life with offering 10 yrs gurantee (with RGB value) in any tint on melbow width like roof projection, facia, Chhajja etc) all as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per Pattern approved by USER's for the Comflage pattern. Note: 1.-Painting work up to 30 Mtr Height 2. All gaps and undulation surfaces filled with putty then make surfaces smooth without any Extra Cast.

Preparation of old surfaces of walls by brooming down with steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts washing, rubbing down and cleaning oil greasy spots etc and applying one coat of distempering with oil emulsion distemper white or any tinted on ceiling / walls, normal or camoufage pattern filling gaps by putty after washing rubbing down and stopping of distermpered surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
