Taking down chowkhats or frame exe. 1.5sqm and n.exc. 4 sqm each with shutter (without taking out shutter) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters n, exc 1 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters exc 1 Sqm and n. exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 2nd class soft wood, plain, solid, straight chowkats or frames, wrought framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with flue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 35mm thick, 2nd class soft wood, plain framed panelled shutter (any number of panel) with panel of timber flat on both sides (feather edged) or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers supplied and fitted to chowkhats 35mm thick second class soft wood (Kail) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick, 2nd class soft wood, Glazed and skeleton shutter, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc. (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm thick, 2nd class soft wood, Glazed and Skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc (with sash bar) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc supplied and fixed to chowkhat, shutter for window and ventilator as specified in SSR Part-I, Section-8, clause 8.24 (b) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tubes, as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC door shutter 30mm thick(style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for bottom and top rails. MS frame shall be covered heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail& bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; partly glazed i.e. upper panel will be glass pane fitted externally in the clear space & lower panel will be plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, suppling and fixing in the frame at the site as per specification described in SSR Part II complete all as specified and directed.
