50 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (n exc 2 sqm each) area with 6mm wide joints and 10mm wide joints between the walls and plinth protection, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, outward slope of not less than 1:12, the joints shall be filled with mastic filling comprising one coat of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight, complete all as specified and as directed.
