M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width, in PCC 1:3:6 mix, type C1, (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : Serviceable stones obtained from demolition shall be re-used under this item

Material and labour for, Rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces in cement mortar(1:4) and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for, Preparing of old plastered surfaces on Walls and applying one coat of weather proof anti fungal exterior emulsion paint, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : The Bldgs in which repairs are to be carried out are of G+4, necessary cost of scaffolding shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type C-1, (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in path/Hardstandiing,Plinth protection finished surfaces even and fair Incling construction Joints complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Chequered cement concrete commercial Tiles 30cmx30cmx20 to 25mm thick of with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and polished laid and over and including 15mm Screed in CM 1:6 including all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( incl backing ), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Material and labour, for Hi-Traffic full body vitrified coloured tiles matt finish of size 600mmx600mmx10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished as in floors etc, set and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/ removing vegetation growth / plants of any size of area n.exc 0.5sqm above chajjas, roof slabs, parapet walls, junction of SWR pipe and wall etc up to roots and applying/ injecting chemical and making good the surface in CM 1:3 up to height of 16 m all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cover slab & old kerb stone of any description & in any position and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified

M&L Precast RCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm stone aggregate as in cover slab of manhole, gully trap, drain etc. set in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, factory made special shaped precast machine pressed kerb stone using M-25 grade concrete including dismantling of existing kerb stone of any type/description and necessary earthwork and set in CM 1:3 and including making drainage opening whereverrequired completedisposing off rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable barbed wire fencing of any description and in any position, Supply and fixing new Galvanized. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Each line wire to be measured.

Supply & fabricating in repairs for, 2 mm thick polycarbonate profiled sheets as in roof, etc., fixed with coach screws and washers as per manufacturers instructions, matching with adjacent profile sections,including taking down old sheet for any size & description etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fix, mild steel work as in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only for mild steel framed work as in grating/grill and similar work of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) hanging, fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Mild steel obtained from dismantling shall be re-used under this item.

(MS round bar and flat iron will be measured and paid for separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing in reapirs for G.I. chain link fabric fencing made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required, incl dismantling of old chain link fencing for any description and any size, complete as per the direction of Engineer- in-charge. (MS round bar and flat iron will be measured and paid for separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Ist quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gram/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sq m over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sq m over new surfaces
