Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out ,returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around ,in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering,and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface, Hard/dense soil.

S & F steel work in tubular post medium weight including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St -240.

S & F MS screw bolts 12mm dia of neck (machine made) with hexagnal or square heads at one end and scewed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10cm and and not exc 15 cm long.

M & L Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specifed.

S & F 1.25 mm thick mild steel plain, black sheet in hearths, covering to door shutters or sign boards etc including necessary welding etc all as specified and as directed.

S & F 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc.

S & F mild steel work Tie bars as in roof confirming to Fe - 290 Gde - E-165.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide.

Excavation in trenches for foundation not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M/Lfor brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Returning filling, incl spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in Hard/dense soil,all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point(SOILS)

M& L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster on wall surfaces in CM (1:4) finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed .

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on new plastered surfaces of walls including preparation etc all as directed.

M&L for Second class hardwood plain solid straight chowkats and frames wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Second class hardwood rail and style plain framed panelled shutter (two panel) 35mm thick with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm venerered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003(Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete, all as specified and as directed.

S&F Butt Hinges medium weight cold rolled mild steel 100 mm long complete all as specified.

S&F of Aluminum aodised sliding door bolts of 300mm long with hasp and staple(bolt type) and fixing clips of sheets ,cast or extruded section and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Aluminum anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section 100 mm long complete all as specified and as directed

S&F of Aluminum anodised bow handle fabricated type extruded section of 150mm long complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded agg) for hold fasts finished to match with the sorrounding surfaces including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Two coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of new wooden based surfaces of any discription , over 10 cm width or girth , complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Mild steel work as in hold fasts and other similar items conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.
