H. T. SYSTEM 11 KV DOUBLE POLE STRUCTURE Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 2 pole structure for providing 1 No. 11KV,200A GOS in accordance with IE rules,as per direction and approval of E/I & local authority specification and drawings and comprising of the following. MR. a. 2 Nos. 11 mtr. long MS STEEL poles complete with, pole excavation, MS STEEL foundation, and back filling complete MS steel channel/angle iron etc.b. 1 Set of cross arms, branching, clamps and painting complete with GI nut, bolts & washers as required (for GO & DO), LA connection.c .1 set 11KV Insulator complete with spindles & hardware complete as required. d .1 No. 11KV 400A TP Gang operated Air break switches complete with 25mm dia GI pipe operating machanism, handle & locking arrangement. e. 1 set of 3 nos.11KV single pole drop out fuse complete with barrel fuses, and mounting arrangement. f. 1 set (3 nos.) 11KV lightning arrestor and connecting to all phases. g. 4 No. 150 mm dia 6 meter long GI pipe class 'B' (for XLPE cable protection) as required. h. 2 Set 50mm dia 3m long GI pipe earting with 25 x 6 mm GI earth strip complete as required (for GO & DO & LA). i 1 nos. 11KV HT danger boards and 2 set of anticlimbing devices.

Supply and fixing of 2 metres high cage fabricated with 3mm thick expanded metal fixed on 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron frame having vertical members spaced at 1 to 1.25 mts and horizontal members spaced at 1 mt. The vertical members shall be grouted in floor and horizontal members in the wall to a depth of 300mm with ends forked. The cage shall have 2000mm x 1000mm size one leaf door with locking device having door frame fabricated with 35mm x 35mm x 6mm angle iron and 3mm expanded metal duly fixed with the cage member with hinges etc. The cage shall be painted with red oxide primer and synthetic enamel paint. The job includes all materials, labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work, as per direction and approval of E/I. MR

HT Panel, (Main) S.I.T.C. of RMU outdoor Type as per latest specification of UP Power Corporations, make GTP approved by UP Power Corporation. Including construction of Plinth and earthing etc. with all material as per Technical Requirment, as per direction and approval of E/I.
