ADDITION/ ALTERATION OF GATE OF STATION SPORTS COMPLEX UNDER GE (NORTH) MEERUT CANTT

S & F 4 MM thick Aluminium composite panels ( ACP ) of approved brand with 0.25 mm to 0.50 mm aluminium coil thickness, fire retardant core for exterior grade including providing intricate CNC router cutting on the supplied ACP sheet computerised as per approved architectural pattern, jali design,or perforations, including edge smoothining, de-burring and corner finishing including providing and fixing heavy duty MS ( Mild steel) or extruded aluminium framework ( eg 50 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm ) to create a rigid base for mounting the CNC cut ACP Panels including all necessary cleats, brackets and fasteners , including supplying and fixing the CNC- cut ACP Panels onto the framework using rout and return methods, SS Screws and high quality weather sealant to ensure neat,flush joint including providing and fixing a 3 to 5 mm imported cast acrylic sheet at the back of the CNC- cut ACP for backlit signage or decorative glow, including IP 68 water proof LED Modules and wiring including pasting of protective masking, scaffolding/staging at all height, cleaning of the facade/panels, and removing debris from the site, including painting of framework complete all as specified and directed by GE/Engr-in-charge.

S&F bold metallic stainless steel letters or alphabetes made out of 22 Guage thick Stainless steel plain sheet of grade 304 plain sheet of suitable with not less than 50mm and depth/thick not less than 20mm based on height of letter (hollow section made to shape by using computerised cutting), height of letter not less than 15 inch in Hindi and English languages and fixed on granite/tiled/stone wall cladding finished wall elevated from surface the size of the letters as per the direction of GE/Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.
