REPAIR/MAINT OF HOT WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM, SOLAR WATER HEATERS AND ATTENDING INTERNAL/EXTERNAL ELECTRICAL COMPLAINTS AT AF STN NAJAFGARH UNDER GE (AF) TUGHLAKABAD

Labour only for attending elect complaints under at 12BRD tech area, VSV, Domestic area of any nature pertaining to internal electrification, ceiling Fan/Geyser /exhaust fan/or, fault finding, short circuiting, No light of any nature any where reported by users, bldg light, main distribution board, and connected wiring/control LT cables of size of any type and any location and locating the fault and rectification of the fault and replacing the burnt out items as per site requirement incl making connection and testing after completion of job complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note for item no.1&2- (i) The T&P items and testing lamp shall be provided by the Contractor at his own cost. (ii) Any spare required for rectification/replacement will be paid under relevant items. (iii) Work period should be 09 month from date of commencement. (iv) Any spare required for rectification/replacement will be paid under relevant items. (v) The Contractor or his authorized representative (with mobile phone) shall remain in the complaints cells of GE (AF) TKD located daily for collection of complaint slip from the concerned JE E/M. (vi) Contractor will supply following well experienced and well conversant team GENERAL NATURE COMPLAINTS at 1000 Hrs to 1800 Hrs & URGENT NATURE COMPLAINTS –24 Hrs at a time for attending elect complaints all working days including Sunday & all Holidays. (vii) The date/time and nature of complaint URGENT or GENERAL shall be indicated on each complaint slip by JE E/M. (viii) Replacement of the items shall be measured and paid separately under serial item no 94 to 142. (ix) All complaint slip shall be returned by the contractor in the complaints cells of GE (AF) TKD daily or same day upto 1700 Hrs to the JE E/M or his representative after necessary repair/ replacement have been carried out and signature of the user on the complaint slip. It is responsibility of the contractor for rectification of complaint to be satisfied by the users. URGENT NATURE OF COMPLAINT: Within 02 Hrs AND GENERAL NATURE COMPLAINTS: Upto 1700Hrs. In Case of failure to rectify the defect in complaints within this time, recovery shall be made from the Contractors @ Rs 500/- per Hrs for Each urgent nature complaint & @ Rs 200/- per day for each general nature complaints. A pucca bound register shall be maintained for this purpose which shall always be kept in custody of JE E/M indicating date. A recovery of missing complaints slip shall be made at rate of @ Rs 10. from the contractor. In case of absent of team Rs. 1000/day per person shall be recovered from contractor's dues.
