Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation and floors. (DSR SN-4.1.10)

12mm thick cement plaster in single coat of fair side of single of half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and rounded angles not excluding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Providing and fixing of barricading of 100mm average ballies with in a distance of 1.50 meter for 3 rows of 3Q. 3 Nosof cross ballies, two supporting ballies of 3 meter ballies and 2 Nos perpendicular ballies tie with moonj rope including supply of all material such as ballies rope T&P required for proper completion of work and also including labour component (material will be property of contractor after dismantling).
