RequiredPWD License or a notarized affidavit that if any electrical work involved during the maintenance it will done through only PWD Electrical License Contractor. To be uploaded in the eligibility document section.

RequiredOriginal Equipment Manufacture (OEM) certificate or Authorized service provider certificate issued from OEM not below the rank of Regional Manager for support to firm and participate in this tender.

RequiredGST Registration certificate shall scan and upload following under taking along with other bid documents. If work is awarded to me, I/we shall obtain GST registration Certificate of the State, in which work is to be taken up, within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing which I/We shall be responsible for any delay in payment which will be due towards me/us on a/c of the work executed and/or for any action

RequiredThe training certificate of ERP issued through LMS portal of ERP which is imparted to the contractor should be scanned and uploaded with all other requisite documents

RequiredAn undertaking that If I/we shall become the lowest tenderer, I/we will arrange to get registered all the manpower/workers deployed against this work on Biometric Attendance machine within 15 days after start of the work as per agreement. All the deployed manpower/workers shall mark their attendance on Biometric Attendance machine at their location of work.
