M & L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick square / rectangular area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm as in floor laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface of tile complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface such as skirting, dados and rises to steps etc 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick over 10mm thick cement morter in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the surface of tile complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type D2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base under chequered tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm by 20 cm by 25 mm thick including screed bed 20mm thick in (CM 1:6) , with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone agg 75mm thick as in plinth protection finished even and fair without using extra cement.
