Supply only Alum Crystal of approved quality with water in proportionate way for achieving proper sedimentation of water at all time at Pump Houses as directed for better sedimentation process at Pump house No 5, 6, 8 & 10 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully centrifugal motor 20/15 HP capacity including MS channels frame from foundation after disconnecting GI pipes/main electric supply from motor starter panel and keeping the MS channel frame at site for repairs/painting and carrying the pump set to nearest repairing workshop including bringing back after repair work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling carefully centrifugal pump set 20/15/12.5 HP capacity and taking out all serviceable and unserviceable parts and cleaning/removing all dust particles such as mould and moss etc re-assembling the same after greasing the ball bearing including necessary gaskets etc and replacement of underviceable parts. Dismantling carefully centrifugal motor 20HP/15HP capacity and taking out the burnt/worn out coils from the slots of stator and other accessories such as ball bearing and rotor and cleaning the startor slots and rewinding the same with new supper enamelled copper winding with appropriate gauge and weight heating, varnishing with doctor beck's insulating varnish and re-assembling the same with proper gland packing and testing comissioning, complete all as per specified and directed.

Labour only for lifting/lowering of unserviceable 12.5 to 15 HP capacity submersible pump sets from tubewell after disconnecting the electric supply and taking out all column pipes flanged/socket type 80 mm size 6.15 RM long keeping serviceable fittings in safe custody for reuse/removing unserviceable materials from site/ making good disturbed surfaces and carrying submersible pump set to nearest repairing workshop including bringing back after repair/replacement and lowering the same after replacement unserviceable spare parts such as cloumn pipes flanged type 80mm dia and fixing with rubber gasket/nuts/bolts/washers of suitable size etc. including connection of electric supply to motor, testing/commissioning etc., complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note. : Replacement of Column pipes shall be measured and paid seperately.

Dismantling carefully submersible motor 12.5 HP /15HP capacity and taking out the burnt/worn coils from the slots of startor and other accessories such as ball bearing/bushing and rotor etc. including necessay cutting/grinding/drilling/machining works for fixing of spare parts and cleaning the stator slots and rewinding the same with new supper enamelled copper winding wire with appropriate gauge and weight heating, varnishing with doctor beck's insulating varnish, painting the motor with existing colour and re-assembling the same testing, complete all as per specified and directed.

Dismantling carefully submersible pump to 12.5 to 15 HP capacity and taking out all serviceable/unserviceable parts and cleaning/removing all mould/ moss/ foreign material scale and dirt etc. Re-assembling the same after greasing the ball bearing including necessary gaskets and replacement of unserviceable spare parts, painting the pump with existing colour complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Spare parts / materials required for replacement will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply and fixing Galvanised iron column pipes heavy duty grade 80 mm dia column pipe 6.15 mtr long each pipe fixed with two Nos galvinised iron flange on both end, including welding (both inside and outside) and drilling holes on flanges as per existing size/ grading etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of 20 HP capacity centrifugal pump set after removing old painted/rusted surface by paint removers with blow lamps, claming with scrapers etc over the surface of motor/ pump/chennal base of pump set and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint (as per existing colour) on motor/pump body over One coat of red oxide primer shall be painted with electrical spray machine all as specified and directed.

M & L for Dismantling of framed steel work of any description such as in ladder work, supporting angle/ Flats of tank structure, cover plates, cleats etc from over head steel / RCC tank erected on 02 to 16 mtrs. High staging segregation of serviceable steel keeping the same in safe custody for reuse and Unserviceable materials removing from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 25 mm dia UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 Kgf /Sqcm with all fittings (such as bend, elbows, tees, short pieces of medium grade, connectors, back nuts, caps , plugs and unions etc) laying in trenches/floor/ducts and also cutting pipes, screwing and for making bends on piping as required after taking down old pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparing Old Painted steel and iron Surfaces ie PS over head tank of any description any shape and any size at any height from 9-15 Mtrs by Scrapping with Mild Steel Wire Brush and Sand Papering to remove the existing paint completely and Sludges, Rust, etc. and applying one Coats of Aluminium Paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specifed and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparing Old Painted Steel Surfaces of Pipes those are exposed & laid horizontally at pump houses not exc. 100mm Width or Girth by Scrapping with Mild Steel Wire Brush and Sand Papering to remove the existing paint completely and Sludges, Rust, etc. and applying one Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint over a Coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Pressure gauge 0 to 10 Kg 4"dia including gun metal ON/OFF knob including taking out old one complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for three core flat submersible cables of size 6 Sq mm with bare bunched copper conductor insulated PVC sheathed for Submersible Pump Motors with voltage grade upto 1100 V Conforming to IS 694:1990.

Material and labour for Preparing Outer Surfaces of Pressure feed filtration plant comprising of Oxidation plant, Pre-filter, Iron removal plant of 10000 gallon Capacity and applying two coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (as per existing Colour) with Spray Painting Machine,including Arrow marking on inlet & outlet pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old painted surface of air blower and compressor equipment body such as 3 HP capacity motor, pressure air blower, painting with two coats of grey synthetic enamelled paint on motor & air blower pump body, fan guard, base channel frame complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking sample of Raw water & tap water from Pump Houses & getting tested from Directorate of PHED office for physical /Chemical /Bacterelogical analysis. Report shall be submitted to Engr-in-charge.
