M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushes, scraping down smoke spots, moulds, moss and elllorescent salts, trading oil, gresey spots etc, and applying one coat of white wash on walls/ceiling complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment under (OBD/Oil paint/ white wash etc) by scrapping with mechanical wall sander on wall/ceiling (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than1500, sending pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint , removal of nails etc and filling cracks/ holes and windows /doors jams by putty & repairs in good shape by skilled labour and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on wall/ceiling using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 Mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by pain manufacturer and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying of wall care putty (Birla white) on any surface 1-2mm thick average layer including complete removing of existing tratments complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering with redimix plaster (as per manufaturer's instruction) on face of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement. Make of ready mix plaster : Birla Aerocon/Ultratech radiplast/ACC acoplast. Note :- Contractor shall be bounded to carryout repair / maint upto G+2 storey building and the rate shall be deemed including scafolding / double scafolding, safety equipments and misc accessories.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering with redimix plaster (as per manufaturer's instruction) on face of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement on wall of up to three stories bldgs. Make of ready mix plaster : Birla Aerocon/Ultratech radiplast/ACC acoplast.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering on ceiling surfaces with redimix plaster (as per manufaturer's instruction) on face of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement on wall of up to three stories bldgs. Make of ready mix plaster : Birla Aerocon/Ultratech radiplast/ACC acoplast.

M&L for applying three coats of white washing on ceiling including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on walls after preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified.
