Removal of accumulated debris mixed with organic and inorganic wastes over and around the Ancient well to expose the outer stone retaining walss before the execution of conservation work and disposing the same to 4 kms away from the work site including labor charges, conveyance charges, loading and unloading charges, necessary applicable taxes etc. all complete as per the instructions and directions of ASI officials / Site Incharge.

Dcumentation, Removal of bulged and fallen stone members of retaining walls of well for resetting by taking all precautionary measures including labour charges, loading & unloading charges, conveyance charges and necessary applicable taxes etc. all complete as per the instructions and directions of ASI officials.

Procurement of hard granite stone blocks of similar texture of the well obtained from approved quarry of the suitable dimensions, cut to required size including material charges, labour charges, loading & unloading charges, transportation charges, stocking charges and necessary applicable taxes etc. all complete as per the instructions and directions of ASI officials / Site Incharge. (4 nos. of size 2 x 0.60 x 0.60m)

Provision for fine, ashlar finished, dressing / chiselling of purchased new stones for restoration of ancient well walls as per original pattern to match with the existing style including labor charges, tools charges and necessary applicable taxes etc. all complete as per the the instructions and directions of ASI officials / Site Incharge. (4 nos. of size 2 x 0.60 x 0.60m)

Resetting of ancient well walls as per the original alignment with available stones and new stones wherever necessary as per the original pattern including labour charges, loading and unloading charges and necessary applicable taxes etc. all complete as per the instructions and directions of ASI officials / Site Incharge.

De-silting mixed with organic and inorganic waste, removal of earth / stone pieces etc. from the well including spreading of silt / earth within 10m distance including labor charges, tools charges, necessary applicable taxes etc. all complete as per the instructions and directions of ASI officials / Site Incharge.

Earthwork Excavation for consolidation of foundation for providing the apron around the well and disposing waste away from monuments to 100 mts lead by head loads including labour charges, loading and unloading charges, tools charges, and necessary applicable taxes etc. all complete as per the instructions and directions of ASI officials / Site Incharge.

Providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) for stone apron bedding with 40mm HBG metal including bailing out water manually, formwork, compaction and curing etc. complete for Plinth protection apron around the ancient well including material and labor charges, tools charges and necessary applicable taxes etc. all complete as per the specifications, instructions and directions of ASI officials / Site Incharge.

Laying of apron around the well with well dressed granite stone slabs of thickness 100 mm and sizes 0.3 to 0.60 m X 0.30 to 0.45 m in Cement Mortar (1:4) matching with texture of well including pointing with Cement Mortar 1:4 including materials and labor charges and necessary applicable taxes etc. all complete as per the specification, instruction and directions of ASI officials / Site Incharge.
