Supply and fix in replacement Digital Multifunction Transducer/Meter (Accuracy class 0.5) with LCD/LED display for measurement of current, voltage, power, power-factor, energy parameters, Total Harmonic Distortion and Maximum Demand Indication etc and shall have RS-485 port for communication of data on Modbus protocol including associated wiring using 1.5 Sqmm FRLS copper wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested Bus bar chamber outdoor type with canopy made out of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 40x40x5mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement ,of size 450mm x 450mm x 300mm with 4 Nos 500 Amps aluminium bus bar and with 250 Amp MCCB, 4 pole, 36 KA, 415 Volt 50 Hz including excavation, earth work and platform for the Bus bar chamber with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed sotne aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for Bus bar chamber. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.5 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32X6 mm by means of electric arc welding of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other side complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40mm bore GI pipe light grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI earthing and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

M&L for re-painting of LT Panels/feeder pillars of approx size 2 to 5 Sqm with 2 coats of super enamal paint over a coat of red-oxide with sparygun including writing of feeder pillar numbers in appropriate size of letters as directed.

Material and labour in replacement Retro Reflective installation sign boards of size 12 feet x 4 feet fabricated out of 16 gauge MS sheet frame duly welded/riveted with MS square pipe of size 25mm x25mm at height 9.00 meter above ground level on stainless steel heavy duty pipe of size 80mm bore embaded 75 CM in PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 block of size 45cmx45cmx75cm including necessary excavation and earth work .The steel portion of the board shall be painted in stove enameled paint and the front & back of the frame shall be overall sheathed with blue colour base painter adhesive tape. Supply and fixing in replacement of cable gland for LT panel/feeder pilar for 25 sqmm cable to 70 Sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cable gland for LT panel/feeder pilar for 95 sqmm cable to 120 Sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cable gland for LT panel for 150 sqmm cable to 300 Sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Halogen light fittings including fitting of capacity 1000 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Halogen lamp 1000 Watt for existing Halogen light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting and removing grass, vegetation bushes etc from surrounding of installation/LT Panel/LT ACB panel and removing all rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 m as directed.

Supply installation & commissioning in replacement of 24V/40A Float Cum Boost Battery Charger unit including battery bank comprising 02 Nos of 12 Volts-100 AH sealed maintenance free battery. The CCCV battery charger consisting of copper wound, air cooled transformer, 01 Set single phase full wave bridge rectifier consisting of diodes and SCRs, liberally rated mounted on heat sink and complete with resistor/condenser network for surge supperssion . During auto float mode automatic changeover shall take place from float mode to boost mode and vice versa, 01 Set of solid state constant potential controller to stabilize the DC output voltage of the float cum boost charger, 01 No electronic controller , DC digital ammeter , DC digital voltmeter, Potentiometer , DC, MCB for reverse battery protection . The charger should have alarm annunciation with visual and audible alarm with manual reset facility for fuse fail alarm. Float cum boost battery charger and DC distribution board shall be housed in powder coated sheet steel cubicle with panels of 1.6mm thickness , louvers for ventilation , gland plate will be provided for cable entry from bottom . The battery charger shall be divided into two compartments. The upper compartment shall house the battery charger & DCDB with all necessary controls. The lower compartment shall be suitable for housing the batteries. Tech specification shall be as under:-

(a) Input working voltage-180 -270 Volts (b) Nominal Input Voltage - 230 V , AC , 50 Hz,1 (c) On load input power factor - > 0.8 (d) On load unit watt efficiencies-> 80% (e) No load losses of complete charge-< 10% (f) Ripple contents on the load (RMS)= 1% to 5% (g) Over load - 110% for 30 minutes and will give visual indication for over load condition. (h) Boost charging - 2.4 V/Cell . (j) Float charging -2.15 V/Cell (k) Float cum boost charging-Automatically changes from one state to another state as per battery condition and will give the visual indication for either float or boost based on charging mode. (l) Reverse polarity -No damage will caused . A visual indication for reverse polarity will appear with an audio alarm. (m) Short circuit-MCB protecton provided.

Supply and fixing in replacement LT current transformer having ratio 400/5 Amp , 15 VA, Class 0.5. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour disconnecting faulty /burnt end or portion of cable by removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation & earth work , suitable size of thimble LT tap , relaying and reconnecting the cable by removing faulty/burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals for 25 Sqmm 3.5/4 core to 240 Sqmm 3.5 core of LT cable to LT Panel/pole/main switch complete all as directed.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge
