Dismantling of asbestos cement corrugated semi corrugated roof steel including ridge etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel works including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber framed scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including disposal of debris, etc outside MD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B old size bricks and of class designation 35 (min, compresive strength 35 Kg/Sq cm) straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: MS pipe scaffolding with necessary clamp with jointing and safty precoutions will be deemed in inclusive of all above quoted rates,works will be commented only after approval of scaffoldings from Engr-in-Charge

Taking down cement plaster of any description in any position including racking out joints making key scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of debris out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plastering in CM 1:6 15mm thick finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm (10+5) thick in CM 1:4 using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid seperately complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (integral) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats coats of oil bound distemper with roller over one coat of primer, after preparation of new surface of walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of white wash after preparation of new surfaces of walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint after preparation of new surfaces over one coat alkali resistant priming paint on walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 , 0.50mm thick of an approved colour having tensile strength of 550mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self taping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 , 0.50mm thick of an approved colour having tensile strength of 550mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self taping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Safty measures like helmet, body harness, steel scafolding and connected safty precautions will be deemed to measure of all above quoated rates,in inclusive of all above quoted rates,works will be commented only after approval of scaffoldings from Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Mild steel work in framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and counter sunk for screw, including bending and welding angles as necessary gusset plates; riveting etc n.exc 10 Kg each brackets conforming to Fe-290 Gde-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Framed work as in tubular posts roof trusses, purlines, rafters etc made of tubes (square circular oval or any other shape or section as directed) including all necessary fittings, nut bolts, threading or welding etc as required for completion of work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work, with size of grid 605mm X605mm for false ceiling, fixed with hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 120mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40X3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm , 4 mm thick decorative type non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid / inserted to aluminium frame work as in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The size of aluminium main and cross tee shall be 40mm x 25mm and size of angle shall be 25mm x 25mm x 2mm)

M&L for preparation for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over on new steel /iron surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation for one coat of synthetic enamel paint over on old steel /iron surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable copper / aluminium ceiling fan point wiring and making good disturbed surface of walls and floors etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down ceiling fans of any size, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to MES store for refixing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for casing caping point wiring with two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor FRLS of size 1.5 sqmm and one single core PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 1.50 sqmm green in colour as earth lead in and including PVC casing caping (medium grade) for one light / fan point complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of making good the disturbed surfaces (if any) matching with the existing surface is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

S&F ceiling rose surface bakelite 65mm x 50mm size with three terminals complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ceiling fan down rod of required size upto 1.5mtr long as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Hanging only ceiling fan 230V, 1400 / 1200 mm sweep with all accessories and connecting up with the ceiling rose with required flexible wire of suitable size with cceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed.
