Material and labour for100 mm thick plain cement concrete 7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre-polished chequered Cement Concrete tiles of 25 mm minimum thick, size of (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.09 Sqm but not exceeding 0.16 Sqm double layer machine pressed set ( as per IS 1237-2012), jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut & polished in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour Non skid ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm and not exceeding 0.18Sqm , in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed layer in CM (1:4) including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushign neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour of 18mm thick granite ( of any type) work ( table rubbed and polished in pillars and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick screed bed layer in CM (1:4) including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non woven polyester matt laying over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr / Sqm and two coats of Bitumen based UV reflective paint with aluminium finish over APP membrane. The membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc all as specified in Para 11.44.5 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for sunken floor water proofing treatment of various layers from bottom to top on all surfaces of slab in following sequence and including demolition and removal of existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Slope correction by using M-20 (Nominal mix) concrete by using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound ( minimum 2%), finished even and smooth using extra cement all as specified and as directed. (ii) Application two coats of elastomeric cementitious water proofing on sunken wall & floor surface as per the manufacturers instruction (iii) Concrete for sunken slabs shall be mixed with WP compound as per manufacturers Instructions.(To be measured separately) (iv) Joint of Trap/WC/Soil pipes shall be properly sealed with sealing compound( if required) (v) Testing of all traps & joints and sunken slab shall be as per IS-1742 before filling of sunken slabs, including smoke tests. Supply and fixing in repair of stop cock , concealed type cast copper alloy screwed down with long body with wall flange, and fixed for 15 mm bore GI tube pipe and all accessories complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified. Make :- Cat no PIS -18 of Prayag or equivalent model of make list as given in PS as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing of Vitreous china wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) with concealed S-trap or P-Trap, white, 390 mm high, seat cover including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc and including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed Mak:-SLICK of HINWARE or equivalent model of make list as given in PS as approved by GE."

NOTE:- (a) All runs of copper conductor and one run of conduit shall be measured as one run length.

Supply and fixing of sub main wiring with two single core 4.0sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated copper conductor FRLSH, multi stranded, unsheathed 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked in PVC double lock casing caping and accessories accessories including one single core 4.0 sqmm copper conductor cable FRLSH as earth wire and including taking out old sub-main wiring complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- (a) All runs of copper conductor and one run of conduit shall be measured as one run length.

Earthing as in repair complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level connetced with earthing wire 4.0mm dia as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 15 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part-I complete including testing on completion. On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Taking down exaust fan,(any model a& any sweep ) and ovehauling/ servicing, cleaning and lubricating and replacement of bearing, capacitor and re-fixing same location complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ₹ ___________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
