M&L for wire brushing and cleaning concrete surface on top of roof applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 KG/Sqm over and including 80mm thick average consolidated thickness mud phuska including 25mm thick mud plaster on flat roofs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new surface and mixed with cement and water in the ratio 1:1:5 by volume using DR FIXIT PIDICRETE URP chemical on floor and vertical surface of sunken floor as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note :- Supply only liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of BOQ.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Raking out joints/pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks tiles laid flat in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc and M&L for flush pointing to brick laid flat or brick tiles in roofs in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement in patches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs 110mm bore PVC pipes single socketed in any length with solvent joints laid In trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore with & including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down / dismantling ceiling plaster, cutting down steel reinforcement in square or rectangular shape, make the surface equal in shape, binding mild steel Xpm wire fabric and splashing the concrete with mix 1:1.5:3 using 6mm stone aggregate making the surface level and curing for 6-7 days and ceiling plaster in 1:3 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note :- A sum of Rs. 75127/- will be deducted on account of credit for dismantled/ demolished / taken down material.
