Supplying of following sizes XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed armoured Aluminium Conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (part 1) etc as reqd.

a) 4 core x 70 sqmm

b) 4 core x 35 sqmm

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single/multi core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel, PVC conduit/cable tray as required.

a) 5 core x 4 sqmm

b) 4 core x 4 sqmm

c) 1 core x 4 sqmm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

a) 4 core x 70 sqmm

b) 4 core x 35 sqmm

Supplying and making end termination with copper lugs (pin or ring type as per site condition) for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

a) 1 core x 4 sqmm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required

a) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25X3 mm MS flat clamp)

b) upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required.

a) 300 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays bends with perforation not more than 17.5%,, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required.

Supply and fixing of following ways surface/recess mounting vertical type, 415V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet sheet, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer) as required. Note: Vertical type MCB TPSB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required)

a) 12 way (4+36), Double door

Supplying and fixing of following rating miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning, etc as required.

a) TPN 16A 'D' curve MCB

b) 3 pole 25A 'D' curve MCB

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders (for both sides as applicable) in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc as required.

a) 80A 4P 16kA MCCB

Main distribution panel: Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Outdoor LT cubical type of suitable size not less than 300mm deep made out of CRCA sheet steel 3.1mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated, processed with 7 tank process having sealing arrangement, dust, vermin, duly compartmentalised having 4 strip TPN Aluminium busbar with cable alleys, detachable cable terminating plates at the bottom, ventilator louvers with wire mess, end termination, danger notice boards, sign wirting. The panel bottom mounted on C channel of size not less than 70mmx40mm angle iron channel and having following switch gears, instruments and accessories mounted inside the cubicle panel i/c connection, interconnection with copper thimbles, earthing etc complete and as per CPWD specification as reqd.

Incoming :- 1. 160 A TPN MCCB 25 KA Ics = 100% Icu with thermal magnetic release with spreader terminals and rotary Handle - 1 No. 2. TPN aluminium bus bars of 200 AMP rating - 1 set

Outgoing :- 1. 125 amp 25KA FP MCCB with Rotary Handle - 01 Nos 2. 25 amp D curve FP MCB - 1 Nos 3. G.I Earth strip 25 x 5 mm size full width of the panel with earth stud at both ends-1 set. 4. Incoming/Outgoing complete Sign writing - 1 job. 5.Danger notice plate - 1 No.

Installation/Dismantling and removing/de-laying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable/ conductors of single phase 3 wire circuits, 1.1 KV grade of variable size from cable tray and bundling them for handover as required - of approx. length 350 mtr running.

Making appropriate size holes with core cutting machine in RCC wall / brick wall / insulated walls / with and without external stone work and filling the hole with POP as required.
