Earth work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary earth, earth mix with 50% fair sized boulders etc., with initial lead and lifts including laying, spreading, leveling, sectioning breaking clods etc., including all incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification . for Foundations SS 20B

Supply delivery and filling of stone dust in layer of not more than 15 cm thick including watering with all layers and consolidation complying with standard specification including cost and conveyence of sand to Site and all labour charges and all other incidential charges etc,. complete as per Standard Specification

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four sand eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / Ribbed tor steel Grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc,. Complete complying with standard specification in force and as directed by department officials.-

RCC 1:1½:3 (One cement one point five sand and three aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly in all RCC works connected to the work excluding shuttering , Centering and cost of Reinforcement grills but including curing ,finishing etc complete with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers etc complete as per standard specification.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ). Brick work in Cement Mortar in 1:5 ( One cement and Five Sand ) using best quality of Country bricks of size 8¾x 4 ¼ x 2 ¾ including all cost of materials and labour charges including Curing charges etc., complete as per Standard Specificationand as directed by department officials. For Basement

For Super Structure

Supply and fixing of M.S Grill for required size and shape cutting,welding and cost and conveyance of M.S.angles,square rods and all labour charges etc., complete aas per standard specification.

Special Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement three sand) 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of materials to site and including all labour charges etc complete and as directed by department officiers etc complete as per standard specification.

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement five sand) 12mm thick in all floors and all exposed surfaces including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges,Curing etc complete as per standard specification.

Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of 300x200x 6mm size laid in cement mortor 1:2 mix 10mm thick and pointing with 0.40 kg white cement per m2 etc., completed as per standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing over the floors best quality of scratch ceramic tiles of 30 c.m x 30c.m x 6mm size of approved colour laying with cement mortor 1:3 mix pointing the joints with colour pigments etc. Complete.

Laying with new C.C. Laminated tiles (Like Dora tiles Eurocon tiles etc),(anti skid) of 20mm thick of approved spl quality and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 of cement and 3 of sand ) 20mm. Thick using river sand and pointing with colour cement using at the rate of 0.40 kg/M2 and mixing with colour pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg/M2 including finishing complete with Standard Specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers etc.,

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best plastic emusion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers (S.l.No.359-A)

Weathering Course with broken brick jelly 20mm size pure slacked lime over R.C.C. roof slab the preparation of 32:12.5 for required depth and slope etc. complete.

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best plastic emusion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers (S.l.No.359-A)

Supply and fixing in position of Stainless Steel chairs in the exisiting plat form and conveyance charges as directed by the Departmental Officers

Painting two coats of New iron work including cost of all materials and labour cost etc., complete as per standard specification.
