Construction of 43 MLD STP at Salori and its appurtenant work

Survey, review of design and re-design if required, Supply & laying of 1400 mm dia of RCC NP4 pipe from STP to outfall point with suitable outfall structure to discharge effluent with protection work true to alignment and slope as per design, Socket / spigot pipes, rubber rings jointing materials and specials from store to the work lowering the same in to the trenches up to depth as specified below G.L. true to alignment and gradient, barricading of site, traffic diversion arrangement, dismantling of roads, mechanical/ manual excavation, dewatering (as per requirement), shoring & timbering with mild steel/ wooden planks, construction of required class beddings, construction of RCC manholes upto HFL in accordance with the provisions laid down in latest version of IS 4111 (Part 1), refilling of trenches with proper compaction including disposal of surplus earth with in 8 km radius, temporary reinstatement of dismantled roads, cost of all jointing material, testing & commissioning etc. complete including supply of all material, labour, T&P and construction of RCC manhole as per design etc. required for proper completion of work.
Laying of Effluent Gravity Main Pipe Line by trenchless method
Microtunneling under bund for laying of 1400 mm dia RCC NP4 pipe Effluent carrier pipe line including Supply of 2200 mm dia 25 mm thick mild steel casing pipe with inside 2 coats of food grade epoxy painting over 1 coat of epoxy primer and outside 2 coats of anti-corrosive red oxide primer as per specification and Installation of product pipe by Guided Auger Bored method including making of entry and exit pits, all related civil works like excavation, shoring/strutting, etc., shielded excavation through auger boring process, lowering of pipe segments in the jacking pit, laying and jointing of product pipeline through jacking process from the jacking pit, construction of required manholes and restoration of site after project completion.

Laying of Rising Main Pipe Line by open cut method
Survey, review of design and re-design if required, Supply and laying of following diameter DI K-9 Socket/spigot pipes, rubber rings jointing materials and specials froms store to the work lowering the same in to the trenches up to depth as specified below G.L true to alignment dismantling of road, mechanical/manual excavation, dewatering, shoring and timbering if required, with mild steel/ wooden planks, refilling of trenches with proper compaction including disposal of surplus earth with in 8 km radius, Permanent reinstatement of dismantled roads, cost of all jointing material, testing & commissioning including construction of thrust block ,supply of all Specials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. including supply & fixing of same size/as per specification sluice valve, air valve & scour valve, surge protection as per direction of Engineer In-charge.

Laying of Rising Main Pipe Line by trenchless method
Microtunneling under bund for Supply & laying of 1000 mm dia DI K-9 rising main carrier pipe line including Supply of 1600 mm dia. (20 mm thick) casing mild steel pipes with inside 2 coats of food grade epoxy painting over 1 coat of epoxy primer and outside 2 coats of anti-corrosive red oxide primer as per specification and Installation of product pipe by Guided Auger Bored method including making of entry and exit pits, all related civil works like excavation, shoring/strutting, etc., shielded excavation through auger boring process, lowering of pipe segments in the jacking pit, laying and jointing of product pipeline through jacking process from the jacking pit, shifting & reinstatement of existing utilities if any, bailing out of water, dewatering if any and restoration of site after project completion (Under Rajapur bund and Highway crossing near Mumfordganj SPS)
Guaranteed Energy Consumption for 32 MLD Amitabh Bachhan Culvert SPS at Amitabh Bachhan culvert including Office, Campus Lighting etc. for the first month after COD (The permissible variation in GEC quoted for different flow condition to be limited such that ratio of Max GEC to Min GEC must be maximum up to 1.2, if absurd value is quoted bid will be summarily rejected) (Value should be entered in all cell of S. No. 197 to 198, after adjusting for energy generated through solar power plant if proposed to be installed)

In column no. 17 Net Present Value (NPV) factor is mentioned infront of relative year. 2. Bidder has to quote the price for related year, its present value will be calculated based on NPV factor and NPV will be used for evaluation purpose only and quoted price will be used for Bid contract value.
