M&L for brickwork with old size sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor & pavings n exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level including removing the debris exc 1.5 km and n.exc 5 km complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 mtr wide and not exc 1.50 mtr in depth for foundation, shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement conceret (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
