Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non-Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and incl 15mm thick avg screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match laid over and incl 15 mm thick avg screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 8-9mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles laid over and incl 15 mm thick avg screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as specified in item No 4.00 as above light shade tiles but on vertical surface such as in skirting/dado etc over and incl backing coat of 10mm thick rendering CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Vitrified coloured ceramic tiles any shade 8 to 9mm thick, square/rectangular(with pattern and boarder work as required at site), area of tiles exceeding 0.42 Sqm and not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each tiles as in flooring over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over or filling spacers as per requirement at site or as directed including designer tiles pattern work between the tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge or GE, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface as in dado , skirting etc area of each tile exc 0.42 Sqm but n exc 1.00 Sqm (with pattern and border work as required at site) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 600 x 300 x 7-8 mm thick, such as skirting, dados, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match, over and incl 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 16-18mm thick granite (of any type) work( table rubbed and polished) in jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including rounding to edge of granite as per required and including dismantling of existing granite of any description including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel water tubing galvanised 15mm bore medium grade fixed to walls, under floors and on ceiling surfaces , including cutting chases, pipning in making good to facings where required and pointing in Cement mortar 1:3 for concealed water tubing or conduit pipe etc and including taking up or down old steel tubing 15 mm bore and connecetions in any postion etc complete all as specified and directed.
