Demolition of brick work in cement mortar incl all quions, arches,pillers etc, but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on on other than fair faces of brickwork or concrete surafaces complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for two coat of white wash on walls including preparation of new treated plaster surfaces by washing , rubbing down stopping complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position, surface channels not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing cemnet concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, surface channnel of drains,bed plates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness(Below or above ground level) un-reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for (PCC 1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for cement concrete 50 mm thick 1:3:6 Type C2 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection/path complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of RCC of any description and any position not othervise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Precast cement concrete PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate set in cement mortar 1:6 as in man hole cover slab all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (But not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for non-skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bedin CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 x 250 x 7/450x350x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with coloured cement to match over 10 mm rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

S&F health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections complete all as specified & directed.

Cleaning of manhole by taking out sludge in semi liquid/solid stage from inside of manhole of depth not exceeding 1.5 M and removing the sludge to distance not exceeding 50 M and deposited in trenches, sprinkling bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth to a thickness not less than 30 CM including all earth work returning filling removal of surplush soil and necessary temporary bamboo barricades complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item ser No 14 here in before but depth exceeding 1.5 M not exceeding 3 M etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the salt glazed stone ware soil/waste pipe 150mm dia by roading from manhole to manhole and manhole to septic tank cleaning with rod/bamboo and removal all blockage etc complete and testing including making good the distrubed area/surface existing complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per Ser item No. 38 above but 100 mm dia soil/waste pipe.

M&L for cleaning and removing of sludge/mud from septic tanks/soakage well of any depth & description by mechanical means complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of gully trap/nahanitrap/ S trap for WC/EWC complete all as specified and directed. Note : The work is to be carried out in overflow and foul condition. Necessary precautionary measure shall be included in quoted rate.

Cleaning of SWT from bottom by De-watering by submerssible pump and taking out solid sludge to be disposited at low laying area, Necessary repair and painting to welded fabric wiremesh & iron angles, white washing to complete internal walls and floor of tank complete all as specified and directed and upto the satisfaction of Engr-in Charge.
