Rectification Works to the Air Duct Pedestals in between Bottom Ash Hopper and Mill Bay in Unit 5 area

Dismantling the existing RCC for the required width & depth as per the instructions of engineer in charge and disposing the debris 1 Km. away from the site including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Labour charges for cutting, welding, fabrication & laying in position of the MS boiler tubes / MS Plates including cost of labour charges, cutting, fabrication charges, lead, lift, etc., complete. (M.S Scrap will be supplied by Dept. at free of cost).

Providing shuttering arrangements for placing concrete using steel members and wooden props including cost of all materials, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of RTS rod for reinforcement including cutting bending tying and fixing in position including cost of all materials, labour, binding wire, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 using OP cement with 12mm to 20mm machine crushed HBG metal including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete - excluding cost of reinforcement and form work.

Removing the spalled / distressed concrete for an average thickness of 50mm including disposal of debris with a lead of 1km and roughening the surface thoroughly with Reebaklens fosroc acid/equivalent with all lead, lift, labour etc., complete.

Micro Concrete for RCC wall with shuttering, A)Applying One coat of Nito Zinc/equivalent primer after thorough cleaning of rust in the reinforcement rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. B) Providing fabricating and erecting slurry tight form work with plywood shutters with suitable supports, which do not deform due to micro concrete including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. C)Providing micro concrete Rendroc RG (or) equivalent as per manufacture's specifications. This mixed micro concrete should be placed continuously for an average thickness of 75mm including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. D)Applying one coat of polymer modified Acrylic Emulsion (Nito bond AR or equivalent) on the finished concrete surfaces as a curing membrane including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site.

Providing two coats of anticorrosive black paint to the newly plastered surface over a one coat of primer including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.
