Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, switch,socket or power, Bell & Two way point) complete with fitting such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose,sketch light fittings etc, and making good the disturbed surface of walls and floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully main switches DB's/ MCB DB's and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper / aluminium sub main wiring including teak wood batten / conduit and making good the disturbed surface of walls directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed cable FRLSH 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and incuding medium grade PVC conduit with all accessories such as elbow, tee, bend etc, ISI marked, concealed on wall/ceiling and incuding provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed cable FRLSH 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including or modular metal flush box for fixing modular switch, socket etc and mild steel sunken boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet metal with earth dolly and coated of red oxide primer both internally and externally including provision of new 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc with brass screws and brass washers and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing for one light point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and directed.
