Supply & fixing Air termination rod, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified & directed

Supply & fixing Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified & directed

M&L for copper strip of size 20x3.15mm fixed on epoxy earth strip insulator of size 25x3.15mm including fixing screws and fasteners for roof conductors and down conductors above ground level and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm× 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified & directed . Notes:Quoted rates shall be deemed to be included the following (a) Excavation ,RFR earth work in any type of soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, pre cast RCC cover 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, with suitable handle reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 1.87 kg/sqm. (c) funnel with wire mesh , watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc. complete all as specified & directed. (d) 32 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified & directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal in alternative layers as specified.

Supply and fix fire alarm control panel complying with BS EN 54 single loop panel of capacity from 99 detectors & 99 modules upto 200 detectors all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make- Honeywell/Esser/Schneider/Siemens/Agni/GST or equivalent. Note: (i) Control panel shall be of intelligent, individual device addressable type to identify the fault of particular device capable to serve through manual call points installed at each bldg/segment. (ii) There should be programmable inputs, key switch and key pad access, investigation delay period access. (iii) Fire alarm control panel should be equiped with battery backup upto 4 hrs operation.

Supply and fix addressable type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination all as specified and directed. Make- Honeywell/Esser/Schneider/Siemens/Agni/GST or equivalent.

S&F addressable control module (remote switching device) one input one output type for operating of sounder/siren, detectors and sensors connecting with main control panel board and testing all as specified and directed. Note: Operating voltage of the control module shall be as per existing only. Make- Honeywell/Esser/Schneider/Siemens/Agni/GST or equivalent.

Supply and fix Addressable electronic sounder cum strobe all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make- Honeywell/Esser/Schneider/Siemens/Agni/GST or equivalent.

Supply and fix Addressable manual call point re-settable type with alarm LED complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make- Honeywell/Esser/Schneider/Siemens/Agni/GST or equivalent.

Supply and fix Remote Response indicator unit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make- Honeywell/Esser/Schneider/Siemens/Agni/GST or equivalent.

S&F Fire alarm sounder/sirens electronic type horizontal single stage continuous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 Db to 120 Db measured at 1.5 mtr with sound output variation of + 5 DB 1500 mtr range with complete connections and all accessories including testing all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for point wiring on wall/roof/ceiling surface with FRLS single core , multistranded PVC insulated copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade size 1.5 sqmm drawn through and including 20mm dia heavy duty rigid non metalic PVC conduit and conduit accessories along with one single core PVC insulated unsheated FRLS 1100 v size 1.5sqmm multistranded copper conductor as earth coninuity wire and connected to earth dolly for fixing of modular flush box, fixed with brass scres and cap washers for 5 Amps switch socket outlet point on independent board controlled by one number one way switch complete all as specified and directed.(Note - Accessories like modular PVC boxes, inner & outer cover plates shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ)

PVC conduit and its fittings complete on surface/concealed along with 1 run of 2.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multimultistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade as earth continuty conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note: 3 runs of PVC cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Note: 3 runs of PVC cable and one run of PVC conduit/ casing capping shall be measured as one unit length.

S&F rigid non-metallic PVC conduit pipe 20mm dia including all tees, bends, elbows, bell mouth, reducers etc and all fixing accessories on wall such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per Ser No 29.00 here in before but of dia 25mm all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F Switch socket combination 2 in 1 , 3 pin, 5 and 15 amps socket complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement yard hydrant post 80mm dia MS flanged type 1.5m height including all necessary fittings, hangars, fasteners, tees etc and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&l for Preparation of old untreated/ new surface of pipes any description n.exc 60 cm girth including holder bats, distance pieces etc (length measured over bends, branches etc), priming with 2 coats of red oxide zinc chrome primer and painting of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) x 2 coats complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Not reachable portion/bottom side of pipeline shall be dismantled and then re-fitted at its position after completion of primer and painting without any extra cost.

S&F in replacement hydrant valve single headed made up of brass body complete suitable to fix in 80mm hydrant post including flange, wheel, lid and accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement Butterfly valve size 80 mm dia including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of strainer with CI foot valve for suction of 100mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement of MS ERW pipe 80mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. . Note: Pipeline needs to replaced inside the RCC duct of average depth 75cm and width 60cm.

M&L for cutting of bushes and grass around the underground RCC Static Water Tank including removing from site, preparation of ground, consolidating, rough ramming of soil to prepare the area of 120 SQM surrounding for sub floor concrete by using semi-skilled labours including all kind of cutting tools, cleaning materials and safety equipments complete. Note: PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item

M&L cement concrete in sub-base, sub-floors and pavings of 100mm thickness by using cement concrete type 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded aggregate) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
