Checking of unserviceable Window/split AC/Water Cooler/Desert Cooler U/S parts likewise relay,compressor,blade,motor, gas leakage,condensor coil,capacitor,Thermostate,Filter,PCB,Wiring etc all mechanical accessories in day to day and making it serviceable in all respect with all replacement of any major part but including minor repairs adhesive cable and other connected accessories by providing sufficient and skilled manpower, work shall also include to check & removal of leakage in window/splitAC /water cooler/ Deep freezer as and when directed. The scope also include complete checking of window/split/summer Appliances. Note:-(a) The rate quoted by the contractor for Each job is deemed to be included all minor repairs. (b) The contractor or his representative will take complaint from MES complaint Register through MES job card. (c)The contractor will made seprate items register with location and signature of user. (d) The contractor will maintain complete detail of JOB card and items involved with date and user signature. (e) The ladder and T&P as required will be provided by the contractor. (f) Risk Factor will be the contractor 's end.

M & L for servicing of window type AC of capacity 1.5/2 TR of any make including cleaning of filter on front side by removing dust, cleaning the condenser including fins, blower fan motor and checking and testing of all parts for its serviceability, oiling/greasing to condenser cum blower fan motors, replacing worn out rubber, bushes/rubber packing, rectification of unusual noise, checking of refrigerant standing pressure, topping of refrigerant upto the required level, replacement of minor parts such as nut/bolt washers etc and reassembling of complete AC including testing for smooth functioning Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs aluminium fan blade suitable for condenser of window type AC of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC fan blower of cooling side of window type AC of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs wiring kit of window type AC complete with lugs, thimble and selector switch complete all as directed.

S&F for motor for window type AC of 1.5/2 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down electronic remote circuit board (PCB) of window type AC 1.5/2 ton removing for repair and re-fixing after repair including necessary dismantling, reconnecting, testing and putting into satisfactory working condition complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing of split type AC of capacity 1.5/2 TR of any by opening the condenser unit fixed on roof top and cooling unit fixed inside the building, and cleaning the complete condenser unit and cooling unit including fins, blower fan motor and checking and testing of all parts for its serviceability, oiling/greasing to condenser cum blower fan motors, remore replacing worn out rubber, bushes/rubber packing, rectification of unusal noise, checking of refrigerant standing pressure, topping of refrigerant upto the required level, replacement of minor parts such as nut/bolt washers etc and reassembling of complete AC including testing for smooth functioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Spare parts will paid in relevant item here in after:-

Supply only of air filter of size 10 micron Split type AC 1.5/2 TR complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Blade for condensing fan motor Split type AC complete all as specified and directed.
