Providing, Design, Supply and Installation of Self driven rock anchor made of 40CR material with outer dia of 38 mm and inner dia of 19 mm, Yield Load Carrying Capacity of Minimum 400 KN in soil / overburden /rock suitable for drilling placing and cement grouting. Installation with all accessories such as 100 mm dia drill bit, couplers, 10mm thick base plate and nut and bolt complete in all respect but excluding the cost of cement grouting which will be paid extra as per relevant BOQ item.

Cement pressure grouting through Hollow Soil/Solid Rock Anchor of outer dia 76/51/38/32/25 in Rock / overburden including all cost of material and equipments required to complete the grouting work at desired pressure.

Providing, Design, Supply and Installation of Chain link fabric (2.7mm wire dia with zinc coating 240g/ sq.m) of 50X50 mm size (Fe 500) including 2mm dia binding wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required for proper completion of the work as per drawings, Technical Specifications . Made of G.l. wire of dia 2.7mm.for treatment of slopes as secondary mesh including all cost of material, labour, special labour and T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per drawings.

Providing, Design, Supply and Installation of high tensile rolled cable net having aperture size not more than 300mm in one direction and minimum longitudinal tensile strength 100 KN/M and punchuring resistance 200 kN, comprising of minimum 8mm dia wire rope cable with a minimum breaking load of 40.7kN. The tensile strength of wire of the cable should be 1770 N/sqmm having corrosion protection of Zn Coating Class A or 95% Zn + 5% Al Class-B (Galfan) Coating as per IS/ISO-17746-2016 for treatment of slopes including all cost of material (net, boundary rope & rope anchor etc. comprising of the complete system), labour, special labour and T&P required to complete the work in all respect in accordance with drawings.

Providing, Design, Supply and fixing 3D net including all cost of labour, material and T&P required for proper completion of work. 3Dnet is lightweight three dimensional mat made of continuous monofilaments. 3D net are made of three dimensional structure consisting of UV stabilized non degradable Polypropylene/Polyethylene/ Nylon or similar polymer fibres that are extruded or heat bonded at the contact points to provide a dimensionally stable Matrix for soil erosion protectionwithminimumtensilestrength2kN/min lengthdirection&1kN/min cross direction having thickness 6.5-10 mm, mass per unit 450-600 gsm.

Hydroseeding of soil slopes including mixing of seeds, mulch (meeting performance para meters as mentioned in technical specification), fertilizer and soil amendment products if required in hydroseeder machine with water and spraying the mixture with100 psi pressure pump on hilly slopes on exposed soils,

Providing, Design, Supply and Installation subsurface drainage pipes - Perforated PVC pipe (lined with Non -woven Geotextile) of 75 mm internal diameter as per the drawings etc. complete including the cost of drilling and as directed by Engineer -In -Charge.

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications PCC Grade M20 Height up to 5m .

Providing and laying weep holes of 100mm diameter PVC pipes as per drawing for abutment returns, return walls etc. Complete. (Item No. 17.37)
