M&L for Cutting of Bituminous surface/PCC surface with Kerf cutting machine of suitable size and depth for laying of secondary cable and fixing for inset light in bituminous/ PCC area of runway/taxiway/i/c kerfing, chiselling, cleaning and refilling the groove with suitable sealant material as required and making good as per specified directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for earthing complete with MS galvanized plate of size 60cmx60cmx6mm as earth electrode , buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 in SSR Part I of 2009 connected to earting test point all as specified complete with excavation & earth work, PCC pit with 50mm thick RCC cover having suitable handle (10mm MS Rod) 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with GI funnel with wire mesh 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade ISI marked) for protection of earth lead conductor and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Bi-Directional Inset Runway Centreline fitting - clear/clear lenses, 8" diameter, clear anodised finished body, 2 x 48W 6.6A reflector lamps and 1 x 300mm `B' type plug lead complete all as specified and directed. Make : ATG Model No. ZA181 or equivalent model in ADB Safe Gate/ AMA/Vardhaman/Honeywell

Supply and fix 8 inches shallow base for Inset type Runway Centreline Light complete all as specified and directed. Make : ATG Model No. ZM203 or equivalent model in ADB Safe Gate/ Honeywell

Supply and fix 100 W, 20/6.6 Amps, 5 KV grade, 50 Hz, series Isolating Transformer encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary connectors etc and all other standard accessories required as per ICAO and conforming to technical specifications.

M & L for taking out dummy joints and cleaning the joints properly upto a depth of dummy joints and applying closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethelene foam back up rod of 25 mm dia , priming top 12 mm with approved primer and filling with polyurethane bnased sealant, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and emoving the maslking tape after filling of sealant all as per the directions of the manucfactuirer, complete all as specified and as ditected. Note :- i) Repair will be carried out through an authorized appilcator. ii) X seal traffic loop ( flexible polyester loop and lighting sealant) fron X-Caliber/Shaliseal company. iii) Cables are lying in the joints.If cables damaged during execution, it will be repalced on own cost basis.
