Certain repair to roof and allied infra in the AOR of B/R-I of GE (East) Ferozepur Cantt

Dismantling of brick tiles single layer laid on roof jointed & pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition/taking out mud from the roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leaping etc including removing rubbish upto 500 mtr from the site .complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per mfg instr over the padding concrete while still the concrete is still green, complete all as specified & directed (For roof treatment)

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface including parapet wall comprising with the following course of treatment/ specifications form bottom to top:- (a) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltr per sqm including preparation of roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by torced application complete all as specified. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet walls and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note: (i) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap shall be 75mm length wise and 100 mm width wise of polymeric membranes respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturer's instructions. (iii) The whole works shall be executed by the authorised company applicator.

M&L for two coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in neat cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding complete all as specified & directed.

Racking out of cement joints/pointing of bricks work or brick tiles laid flat in floor surface,chanels,roofs etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Flush pointing to brick tiles / tarracing tiles laid flat on roofs in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in c:m 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per srl item No 11 here-in-before but using old bricks retrieved from dismantling under ser item 10 here-in-before including cleaning and removal of mortar from old bricks etc .complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc .complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement .complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls etc., and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of un reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, bed blocks,back filling in chowkhats, benching etc including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor topping, for tank stage, 40mm thick, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Taking up or down existing steel water tubing, 15mm bore alongwith connections fixed/laid in any situation, complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 20 here-in-before but 20 mm bore tubing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for GI steel water tubing, 15mm bore medium grade galvanized with all fittings and fixed to walls and celling or laid in floor, complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 22 here-in-before but 20 mm bore tubing complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only, after cleaning old steel water tubing, 15 mm bore and connections in new or old position using new fittings (pipes obtained from item 20 to be reused) ,complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair 1000 ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and including dismantling all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks 500 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position incl cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks 1000 ltr capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position incl cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes( any size or pattern), including all fittings heads shoes bends swan-necks etc all as specified and directed

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified & directed.

M & L solid panel PVC door shutters 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement and fixed in the frame at site complete all as specified in clause 8 B.2.1 of MES schedule Part-II (2004).

M&L for laying APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick with minimum weight not less than 3 kg/sqm, reinforced with non woven polyster fabric (wt not less than 160 gms/sqm) torching Joints/overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, laid with a minimum overlap of 150mm with thermo fusable finish laid/bonded over a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/[email protected]/sqm,over forced application bitumen primer @0.30 litres per sqm, including preparation of plastered surfaces of Sunken portion, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 10mm plaster in CM(1:3) finished even and smooth with using extra cement on vertical surface of sunken portion wall and floor with water proofing compound (in case of re placement of bottom layer tile) complete all as specified & directed. (WPC shall be measured separately)

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 75mm bore including fixing to walls as in spouts of sunken portion complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Cement concrete (1:5:10),type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm garded stone aggregate for floor finish without using extra cementcomplete all as specified & directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repair Stop valve of cast copper alloy chromium plated, 15mm bore, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repair Bib tap of cast copper alloy chromium plated, 15mm bore, with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs Squatting pan orrissa pattern vitreous china white of size 580mm x 440 mm with integral foot rests including necessary lime concrete and 100 mm bore sand cast cast iron ‘P’ trap with 550 to 600 mm long neck for connecting WC to branch piece with cement joints etc complete all as specified & directed.

S & F Low level flushing cistern, PVC (white), 10 liters capacity, with inlet ball float valve, PVC flush pipe and necessary fixing accessories and connecting to water pipe and EWC etc and fixed in repairs complete all as specified & directed.

S & F PVC connection 15 mm size PTMT nuts of length 450 mm fixed complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar beding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

S&F coloured non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in flooring etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match with colour of tiles over and incl screed bedding 15mm thick in cm(1:6), complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Glazed Ceramic coloured tiles 350 mm x 250mm x 7 mm/ 450x350x7 mm thick over and incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match colour of tiles complete all as specified & directed.
