Restoration of damages due to laying of OFC cables from Baloo to Sahu (SH Laying of Bitumenous concrete between Km. 4/0 to 10/0)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm (zero point two seven five kilogram) per square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per MORD technical Specification section 500 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, VG-10 at the rate of 3.40% ( three point four percent) of mix with of weight of bitument transporting the hot mix site and laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 504 or as directed by the engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 (one hundred- one hundred twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at the rate of 5.5 (five point five) percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .
