Rate Contract for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 1000 lbh Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plants 17 Nos in Rural Areas of Tiruvannamalai Division Tiruvannamalai District

A. Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant for 1000 lph

The System shall be provided with all components including sand filter, micro filters, activated carbon filter, pressure pump, membranes, anti scalent tank, fittings and Float control etc., The Rate Should be inclusive of all components as per specifications in Annexure 1, wherever necessary to install the system in position and intact.

B. Civil work

Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand,silt or other loose soil, wet sand, or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, ,and baling out water and cleaning and levelling the site etc., complete 10 m3

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling sand in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted -1m3 etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four fine aggregates and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying water carrying with all leads of good water compacting and labour charges and all incidental charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying, Fabricating, Erecting structural steel work for roofing welding or bolted type using MS Channels, angles, plates and round bars etc conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamel painting as per Design given by the departmental officers etc, complete as per standard specification

Supplying and fixing colour galvanum sheet roof of 0.47mm thickand steel tubular box section of 100x50x3mm of 1meter interval including priming coat fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4"x41/4"x23/4"and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Supply and Fixing of UPVC pipe (Un Plastizied Poly vinyl Chloride) UPVC used for Comercial applications water pressure in residential areas donot normally exceed the maximum tolerance etc complete with all specials

Supply of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated and Sheathed 3 core flat type copper cable confirming to IS 694/1990 rates are Including excise duty

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) 20 mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications.

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22 / 0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MSconduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with MS switch Box and 5A F.T. switch with painting of suitable colour continuous earth wire Conection of 14 SWG TC wire for light point / Fan point (For Electronic Regulator)

Wiring with 2x 1.5sqmm (22 / 0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with 150mmx 100mm x 75mm MS switch box for 5A 3 pin non interlocking flush type CS plug wfth painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open plug point

Supply and fixing of 4' W LED Tube Light fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round block onwall of ceilling with flu tube with PVC unshaathed copper leeds from terminals to the fitting

Construction of soak pit

C. Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPE tank as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, Unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc

CONDITIONS: The Bidder should supply, Install and Commissioning of R.O. Plants in Rural Areas of Tiruvannamalai District 1) SUPPLY, INSTALATION AND COMMISSIONING OF R.O. PLANTS in compliance with the specification mentioned. 2) The bidder shall quote the basic rate inclusive of freight, loading, unloading at site, toll and any such other levies / taxes excluding GST as may be applicable at point of delivery, i.e. to Rural Areas (Village Panchayat/Habitation) in Tiruvannamalai District and/or to any other location within the District as specified by the District Collector or any officer of the Rural Development Department in the purchase order. The basic rate shall be excluding GST i.e., SGST, CGST and IGST which shall be indicated separately. 3) No revision of rate is permissible due to increase in taxes/duties except for GST increase in market prices, etc during the agreement period. 4) The rate should be quoted both in figures and words. In case of any discrepancy, lower of the two shall be taken for consideration.
