SUB WORK NO - 1 RCC 10,000 Liter GSR

Item No. 1 : Excavation for foundation in earth soil of all types sand gravel and soft murum including removing the excavated materials upto a distance of 50 meter beyond the building area and stacking spreading as directed watering preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling ramming watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. (lift upto 1.5 m) (Spec No. BD.A.1, Page No.259) (21.1)

Item No. 2 :- Providing dry rubble stone soling 15 cm / 30 cm thick including hand packing finishing compaction etc. complete.

ITEM NO. 3 :- Providing & laying in situ cement concrete M-10 (1:3:6) with trap/granite/quartizite/ gneiss metal in face wall including plywood / steel formwork and steel centering, compaction by vibrator, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface with C.M. 1:3 of sufficient minimum thickness to give smooth and even surface, filling joints with bitumen, curing etc, complete. ( exculuding cost of reinforcement) The C.M. 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface only. newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunney bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. ( Wooden centering/ formwork will not be allowed)

ITEM NO 4-Providing uncoursed rubble masonry of trap / granite / quartzite / gneiss stones in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth of inner walls / in plinth of external walls including bailing out water, striking joints on un exposed faces and watering complete. Spec.No.:Bd.H.1PageNo.329

Designing and constructing RCC G.S.R. / RCC Sumps in M-300 mix of required capacity including excavation in all types of strata foundation concrete container walls bottom slab top RCC roof slab/ or dom 20 mm thick cement plaster with water proofing compound slab top RCC roof slab/ or dom 20 mm thick cement plaster with water proofing compound in CM 1:3 proportion to inside face of the container including epoxy paint from inside including refilling and disposing off surplus stuff within lead of 50 M all labour and materials charges for laying and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet outlet washout overflow & bypass arrangement consisting of C.I.M.S.D/F pipes specials and valve of given diaproviding and fixing accessories such as M.S.Ladder inside and outside C.I. manhole frame and cover water top slab B.B.masonary chamber fro all valves ventilating slabs including givingsatisfactory hydraulic test and water tightness test as per IS Code and perovidingthree coats of cement paints to all exposed surfaces of structure including roof surfaceetc.complete as per design data criteria/obligatory requirements and detailed specification anti termite treatment shall be givinfor under ground portion of the structure etc. complete.

Item No. 6:- Providing ISI mark GI pipe of following class and dia including all local and central taxces, octroi, inspection charges, transportation to stores etc. complete.

Item No.7-Providing & supplying C.I.D.F Sluice Valves with jointining to pipe work (all hardware & Packing) water works quality with non rising spindle, handle wheel without byepass arrangement spindles of stainless steel as per requirment

Item No. 8:- Providing fixing GI specials and acessories such as tee, bend ,saddle pice ,bib cocks of required diameters including all local and central taxces, octroi, inspection charges, transportation to stores etc. complete.

Item No 9-Providing and erecting and giving test of submersible pump set confirming to IS 8034 and motor confirming to is 9283 with water proof winding pump shall be sutable etc complete
