Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc including demolition of precast rcc articles and disposal of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete or lime concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and Pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level ) and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions as in roof kerbs,bands etc or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges cement all as specified and as directed. (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-1, M-10 (Nominal mix) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling of sunken floor to receive floor top finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for (a) 15mm thick plaster in cement sand mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound (confirming to IS 2645-Specifictions for integral cement water proofing compound) as approved as per manufacturer’s instructions shall be applied both on floor and wall. The surfaces then shall be cured and allowed to dry. All the joints of pipe shall be sealed properly as per the instruction of agency who is carrying out water proofing treatment. (b) Apply a coat of Moisture Cured High Tensile Elastomeric Modified Poly Urethane Based Liquid Membrane on floor as well as on wall as per manufacturer’s instructions of make/manufacturers as specified. After the treatment is over, sunken portion shall be kept full of water for atleast one week to check that no seepage is seen from the external surface.

Demolition of existing roof treatment of any description such as worn-out tar felt, debris, mortar of any description & any thickness, surface cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus, moss, dust etc. by wire brushing and dusting including disposal of debris out of MoD land then surface levelled with a layer of 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including mixed with water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions and ensure water does not stand anywhere after Sprinkle water on the roof surface including Applying roof treatment on top of roof with APP modified membrane with non–woven polyster reinforcement/mat (centre core) with thermal insulation with white mineral gravel finish on upper side of weight not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm & thickness not less than 3mm, laid by torch application method with overlap 100mm on length side and 100mm on the width side as per manufacturer’s instructions over a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS-3384) @ 0.30 Litre/Sqm complete all as specified.(Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately) Note: (a)Water proofing treatment shall be provided with APP modified membrane on plastered surface as per manufacturer’s instructions and under strict supervision of manufacturer technical representative.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 20mm thick granite (pure black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs pillars, window cills ,cooking platform and like including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match with shade or granite over including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The stone slab shall be in one piece over kitchen plateform,window cill and making gas pipe holes 25mm dia with rounded holes and all open edges to be half rounded.

Material and labour for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface such as dado etc 450mmX 300mmX 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including 10mm thick rough cement plaster to receive tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE and Rates also including in this item for necessary raking circular cutting or notching and waste on tiles.

Supply and fixing joint free non skid coloured Ceramic tiles 07mm to 08mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE and Rates also including in this item for necessary raking circular cutting or notching and waste on tiles.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.& Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sqmetre complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, cooking platform ,chajjas, & similar suspended work cement concrete is reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and disposal of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Demolition will be done only by mechanical cutter only and any height of bldg roof slab and etc.

Material and labour for RCC type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, blaconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like such as cover slab of septic tank/soak well etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately). height of bldg roof slab and etc.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings & similar work; not exc. 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) in cluding any height Rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed and height of bldg roof slab and etc.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required and removing of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) on fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for two coat plaster 15 mm thick (10 mm + 5 mm) on rough concrete surfaces of fin, facia, chajjas and similar article in cm 1:3 with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) mixed in both coats, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- (i) WPC shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Two coat plaster shall be carried out as mentioned in clause 14.18 of SSR-2009, Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered external surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior grade emulsion paint (weather proof/weather coat) without any brush marks on the surface in any colour over and including one coat of primer (as per manufacturer’s recommendations) including necessary scaffolding up to three storeys height of bldgs,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment surface externally of wall and applying two coats of exterior grade emulsion paint (weather proof/weather coat) without any brush marks on the surface in any colour over and including one coat of primer (as per manufacturer’s recommendations) including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairing of chajjas, roof projection and faces of exposed reinforcement surface or damaged loose RCC surface and applying one coat of cement slurry @3kg/Sqm and filling with cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) and finished 05mm thick rendering with cement sand mortar 1:3 with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) using coarse sand in patch area not exc 1.00 sqm each and thickness of RCC member not exc 150 mm and reinforced with Welded steel wire fabric S&F of weight exc 2.00 Kg per sqm but not exc 4.00 Kg per sqm and finally applying two coats of exterior grade emulsion paint (weather proof/weather coat) without any brush marks on the surface in any colour over and including one coat of primer (as per manufacturer’s recommendations) including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cm 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work , concrete surfaces of wall,finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered internal surfaces of wall and applying min 1.5 mm thick wall care putty on the surfaces & making the surface absolutely smooth surface and applying one coat of primer (as per manufacturer’s recommendations) on the surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion finished without any brush marks on the surface in any colour including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required ,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment internal surface of wall and applying min 1.5 mm thick wall care putty on the surfaces and making surface absolutely smooth and applying one coat of primer (as per manufacturer’s recommendations) on the surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion without any brush marks on the surface in any tint including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required ,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:3) in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash without any brush marks on the surface including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from ceiling surface and applying two coat of white wash on undecorated surfaces without any brush marks on the surface including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 centimeter width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in any colour finished without brush mark on surface including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for obliterating the old writing of any description, not exceeding 0.1 square meter, with paint to match with the existing work including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting down plants / trees of girth not exc 15 cm & surface area not exc 0.36 Sqm each from roof tops /sides of external walls of buildings, chajja, wall junctions, junctions of of rain water / soil /waste vent pipes including taking out roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the surfaces including repairing the CI/GI/PVC joints of affected locations by applying TUFALO (herbal medicine )and making good to suit the adjoining surfaces using PCC type 1:2:4, type B-O or cement mortar 1:2 complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as specified. NOTE: Any CI/GI/PVC pipes and fittings damaged during work shall be replaced by new one to insure leakage / seepage free joint without any extra cost to the department and Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc ,hoisting, lowering and protective measures etc up to four storeys height of bldgs and removing of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.
