SUB HEAD - IV - SAFETY EQUIPMENT

Supply and fixing safety instruction chart in word duly framed with 5mm thick glass as required (approx. Front area 1.20 sqmt.)

Danger board of Medium Voltage - size 200mm x 150mm

Providing First Aid Box as approved by St. John Ambulance Brigade / Indian Red Cross conforming to IS 13115-1991.

Supply and fixing shock treatment chart duly mounted on a wooden frame with 5mm thick glass as reqd. (approximate front area 1.20 sq.metre).

Providing of rubber mat 2 mtrs Length x 1 m. wide and 12mm thick to withstand 6KV dielectric strength as per IS 15652-2006.

SUB-HEAD V : COMPOUND LIGHT

Supply & Erection of swagged type 9 Mtrs long ST pole (410 SP-30) with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 300 mm and 300 mm above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly. (Make:- Bajaj, Philips, Valmont, CG, Transrail,Bansal,Utkarsh)

Extra on items 1 above, for providing CC (6:3:1) base block (around the pole) dimension 0.60x0.60x0.76 mt. above ground level, neatly cemented finish (3 mm thick), at the base pole (in lieu of CC muffing) suitable for alkathene/ polythene pipe entry as directed for street light wiring, incl. S & F 25cmx25cmx10cm GI Loop box, 16SWG & incl. drilled hole in pole (For 9 mtrs Long Pole).

Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint upto 9 Mtrs long pole.

(i) One coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming

(ii) 1st coat of synthetic enamel paint over the primer

SUB-HEAD VI : LED GLOW SIGN BOARD

Supply & fixing of angle iron frame fabricated from 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm thick hollow rectangular bar with sufficient cross and radial support including MS angle iron frame (by 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm ) for holding the sign board and support from wall by 50 mm x 50 mmx 6 mm MS angle of 6 fts apart with necessary hooks. Back side shall be covered by S&F of 22 SWG GI sheet. The above structure should be painted with synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer. The above sign board to be fixed on wall or Parapet as per direction of EIC. [32 ft (L) x 4 ft (W) x 4" (D) -- 2 Set ]

Supply & Installation of 3 mm thick polyvenile coated Aluminium Composite Panel board ( Aludecor / Alstone / Pratap Bond) of blue colour as the base for fixing raised letter duly fixed on the MS structure as per direction of EIC. The riser structre should be covered with ACP sheet incl. side portion on the board. [32 ft (L) x 4 ft (W) x 4" (D) -- 2 Set ]

Supply & fixing of Superior Quality acrylic dimensinal letters inscripted in English front side of the letter to be made 3mm thick Imported (White-0.40) uv stabilised excellent to self display. Make - Acast, Mitsubishi / Astari / UB. All letter will be 3D and to be fixed by special type of solution and RTV sililicon filler for leakprofees and maintaing suitable space with Male & Female attachments for each letter and necessary interconnections as per direction of the EIC.

S&F of imported 12 V DC IP-65 LED modules having three LED in a single base module and the LEDs will emit mild attractive white colour light and the two runs of LED for each letter base area and shall be properly fixed including necessary interconnections. Specification of the LEDs is given as below : a) LED-white, Samsung/cree/osram b) Type-Straight, 3 Nos. Led per module c) Life – 50,000 Hrs. burning hours. d) Visibility – 100 mtrs at least, for normal eye e) Power consumption – 1.5 watt per module with IP65

S&F of imported heavy duty Input – 230V AC, output 12V DC., IP65,300W or above SMPS power supply (Make-Aries/Union/e-power) with properly rated isolation transformer in suitable enclosure (Make Sintex/Hager) to be fixed with the signage frame for driving total LED system of the signage in a distributed manner for uniform load sharing in view of long run continuous use including necessary interconnections..

M.S. works in brackets made from flats, angles, tees etc. to sizes specialy bent, twisted, forged; making holes drilled and fitted to rafter of trusses with necessary bolts, nuts, washer or screws etc. (length of straight not less than 230 mm) for extra support of Glow Sign by 50mmx50mmx5mm and the above supports should be painted with synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer as per directiuon of EIC.

Supply & Laying of Solid Cable Cat 6, 4 pair, UTP must have Fire retardant PVC Compound (FRPVC) Flame Rating material, All cables meet and exceed Category 6/Class E requirements in ANSI/TIA-568-C.2, and ISO/IEC 11801. Must be RoHS Compliant as per Technical specification. (For Panel to Panel Network) (Make : Cosmcope/ Finolex / MOLEX ).

Supplying and fixing PVC Rigid Conduit 'FR' [Make : Precision/AKG/ATUL/VIP/Universal/BEC/Polypack] on wall, ceiling with saddles and other accessories as required and mending good damages to building works.

Testing,Commissioning & Proggramming of above addressable Nurse Calling system by Company commissioning Engineer. Whole Nurse Calling System are minimum 2years warranty after complication.

SUB-HEAD IX : MISCLLENEOUS WORKS

Making masonary cable trench after cutting all sorts of soil. The inside mearsurment of trench 900 mm clear width x 900 mm clear depth by providing 250 mm thick brick work with 1st class brick cement mortorr (1:4) on both sides and bottom of the trench consisting with 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone chips over a layer of jhama brick flat soling 15mm thick (1:4) cement plaster to inside wall & 3mm thick neat cement finish.

Making & placing split type RCC slab cover of size 1400 mm x 400 mm x 150 mm thick each in 150 mm x 80 mm x 80 mm x 6 mm thick fabricated MS channel frame with inside welded reinforcement steel rods (12mm & 10mm dia) and the slabs to be placed over masonary cable trench properly recessed on both side walls and the cover slabs shall be capable of bearing minimum 200 Metric Ton load.

Core cutting of 125mm thick RCC slab by suitable core cutting machine for passing necessary vertical run of Electrical Bus duct/ cables/ cable tray/ protection pipes/ earthing strip etc including mending good the damages as per direction of the EIC.

Cutting floor/ brick wall by suitable tools for passing electrical cables/ cable tray/ protection pipes/ earthing strip etc including mending the damages as per direction of the EIC.

Supply, fabrication and placing/fixing MS checkered plate made of 6mm thick incl 30mm x 30mm x 6mm MS angle iron structure welded by fixing for insert plates at 4 sides in cable trench top with 2 nos 3/8" TMT handle rod incl gas cutting, grinding & drilling with one coat of red laid primer and one coats of synthetic enamel paint as per direction of EIC.

S&F of MS Channel of following sizes with nut, bolt, washer etc to provide overhead supporting arrangement above different LT panels, cable support at HV side of transformer incl painting as to GS for following :

Supply & delivery of recessed mounted 36W LED fittings with CCT (as per actual requirement as directed by EIC) & minimum Luminious effiency ≥ 120 Lumen/Watt to be fixed on wall / pole and making necessary connection. (Make: Philips/Lighting Technology/Wipro/Jaquar (Model as specified).

SUB-HEAD X : DRAWING & DOCUMENTATION

Preparation of planned & as-built G.A. drawings and Single Line Diagrams (SLD) of the proposed Electrical power distribution system of Private Cabin Building and Sub-station mentioning the cable sizes at different levels and the drawings to be made in as built GA Drawing in both Hard Copy & soft copy form (latest Autocad version in CD). Hard copy of size 1.5mt X 3mt in flex covered with transparent Acrylic sheet & sides are bind with stainless steel frame as per direction of the EIC.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.

If any refurbished or defective or duplicate material is supplied and installed during execution of work or found any stage of running work necessary penal action will be taken as per existing rules.

a. The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

b. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.

c. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
