Installation of LT Fuse Protection unit for 100 kVA Transformer in area of EUDD-II Gorakhpur under Business Plan :-

Supply and complete installation of SMC Box of size 450x375x200 mm for 100 kVA Transformer on Pole (Box made out of (Thermostate Plastic) Sheet Moulding Compound by the process of Hot Press Compression moulding confirming to IS: 13410, SMC base or Doors shall not soften or bend on Heating, Doors fitted to Base by concealed hinges, Thickness- 2mm, Tolerence : +/- 5%) including provision of LT Fuse Protection set suitable for 100 KVA Transformer as per drawing enclosed (All material including Aluminium Lugs, Clamp, Nuts & Bolts etc shall be supplied by the contractor.)

Installation of LT Fuse Protection unit for 250 kVA Transformer in area of EUDD-II Gorakhpur under Business Plan :-

Installation of LT Fuse Protection Tailless unit with LT Pillar Box for 250 kVA Transformer in area of EUDD-II Gorakhpur under Business Plan :-

Loading, unloading and safe carriage of following materials from Store Centre, Gorakhpur to JE dump Store and JE dump Store to work site with proper stacking :-

LT XLPE 1X400 Sq.mm. Cable

LT XLPE 1X120 Sq.mm. Cable

Supply and complete installation of Henley-Type Tailless Units, 300 AMP, in box. The installation will include the use of 3 copper bus bar strips, each sized 500x50x5 mm (one strip per tailless unit), and 1 aluminum bus bar strip sized 500x50x5 mm as per drawing enclosed. The work will involve the use of LT XLPE 1x120 Sq.mm. cable, LT XLPE 1x400 Sq.mm. cable, LT crimping lugs (120/400 Sq.mm.), nuts, bolts, and other materials as per site requirements on an 11/0.4 KV distribution transformer. (Note: Only LT XLPE 1x120 Sq.mm. cable and LT XLPE 1x400 Sq.mm. cable will be provided by the Department.)

Supply, fabrication, erection of LT Pillar Box for Tailless Unit after making Plinth of Height 300 mm above ground level. LT Pillar Box Size- 1650X1050X520 mm with Gate and Proper Locking arrangement (Canopy of 15 Degree) as per drawing enclosed . All work will be done as per RESSPO Norms & relevent IS Specification.

Installation of LT Fuse Protection Tailless unit with Masonry work for 250 kVA Transformer in area of EUDD-II Gorakhpur under Business Plan :-

Loading, unloading and safe carriage of following materials from Store Centre, Gorakhpur to JE dump Store and JE dump Store to work site with proper stacking :-

LT XLPE 1X400 Sq.mm. Cable

LT XLPE 1X120 Sq.mm. Cable

Supply and complete installation of Henley-Type Tailless Units, 300 AMP, in box. The installation will include the use of 3 copper bus bar strips, each sized 500x50x5 mm (one strip per tailless unit), and 1 aluminum bus bar strip sized 500x50x5 mm as per drawing enclosed. The work will involve the use of LT XLPE 1x120 Sq.mm. cable, LT XLPE 1x400 Sq.mm. cable, LT crimping lugs (120/400 Sq.mm.), nuts, bolts, and other materials as per site requirements on an 11/0.4 KV distribution transformer. (Note: Only LT XLPE 1x120 Sq.mm. cable and LT XLPE 1x400 Sq.mm. cable will be provided by the Department.)

Construction of Masonry type Distribution Pillar Box 1 No. incoming and 3 No outgoing of size 1.2X1X0.6 Mtr. having Wall & RCC slab of thickness 0.1 mtr on it with supply, fabrication and fixing of 2 Nos. MS angle 50X50X6 mm (Across the Pillar) (All material shall be supplied by the contractor). All work will be done as per RESSPO Norms & relevent IS Specification.
