Supply and delivery at site of the following submersible pumping machinery and electrical accessories as per approved vendor list of PHED --

Clear water vertical wet type submersible pump suitable for bore well conforming to IS : 8034 (and as amended thereafter) with standard MOC for portable clear cold water and BEE 3 Star (min) Rated capable of discharging noted M³/hr against head of water column. The pump shall be directly coupled with a continuous rated 2-pole suitable wet type vertical squirel cage induction motor conforming to IS : 9283 (and as amended thereafter), suitable for operation in AC Three phases 415 V, 50HZ (category B motor). *TC & GC should be submitted for pump-motor set.

For T/W No.- II Discharge of clear water (Q) = 28m³/hr, Total Head (H) = 60 Mtrs. Shaft- Stainless Steel, Impeller- S.S/GM, Outlet Size- 80mm. Motor must be suitable for operation with star-delta starter

4sq.mm x 3core water proof flat submersible cable (PVC insulated Cables with flexible bright annealed Copper conductor for voltage grade upto 1100 Volts conforming to IS : 694 as amended upto date). for above pump-motor set .(Cable should be purchased as per site requirements)

1.1KV grade 25 sq.mm 3.5 core XPLE Aluminium armoured cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988, with upto date amendments.(Cable should be purchased as per site requirements)

100 Amps Re-wireable porcelain fuse unit type TPN Main Switch with steel sheet enclosure (Conforms: IS/IEC600947-1&3).

Supply and delivery of 100 Amps Kit-kat rewireable proceliain fuses carrier & base (Specification-IS:2086).

Supply, delivery and storage at site of wall mounted 2mm. thick epoxy painted sheet steel enclosed front open fully panel for fully automatic cum manual control centre for operation of the pump motor in STAR-DELTA mode, actuator with DOL starter, Chlorinator with DOL starter and timer operated outdoor and indoor lighting and also spares feeder as per approved drawing and NIT specification. Range of PMCC Panel : 7.5 HP to 12.5 HP *TC & GC should be submitted for PMCC Panel. (All spare & components as per approved vendor list of PHED).

Supply and delivery of the following valves, pipes and gauges etc at site-- (Make: Approved Vendor list of PHED.)

80mm dia UPVC standard type column pipe [cream color] with both side threaded (8 TPI) and one end side socketed with registered KPMG.

3.0 mtrs Long.

1.5 mtrs Long.

80mm dia. CI Top & Bottom Adopter.

Heavy type suitable dia. MS suspension clamp along with nuts bolts and washers.

80mm dia. Cast Iron Wafer type Butterfly Valve generally as per BS-5155, having body of Cast Iron as per Is:210 gr. FG-260, disc of SS Gr CF-8, Shaft of St. steel AISI-410, "O" ring for shaft seal of Nitrile rubber, valve are suitable for PN 1.0 rating. Valves are operated by suitable (Three phase 415V), multiturn electrical actuator without starter). *TC & GC should be submitted for valve and Actuator.

80mm dia CIDF Non-Raising Sluice Valves, PN 1.0 rating (Conforming to IS:14846) having body door/dome/Bonnet and cover of cast iron Gr. FG 260, spindle of IS 6603, Gr-12 cr-13, spindle nut & seat rings are of Gunmetal as per IS:318 LTB 2.- 1 no., CIDF single door swing Non Return Valve, PN 1.0 rating (Conforming to IS:5312 Part I), having body, door, cover in graded cast iron to IS:210 Gr. FG200, body & door rings & bearing block of leaded tin bronze to IS:318 Gr. LTB2- 1 no., CIDF 90° Bend-1no., CI Flanged Tee-1no. Blank Flange-1no., CI/ MS flanged Short Piece 0.50 mtr.- 2 nos, CI/ MS flanged pipe 1 mtr.- 1 no. etc as per IS specification and certification for construction of delivery pipe line and wash out line.

Heavy type 250mm/Suitable dia split type tube well cover with 12 mm thick clamping arrangement including holes for column pipe, air pipe and cable entry with 2 sets heavy type suspension clamp, nuts, bolts and washer as per departmental design.

Anti snapping safety device for pump set by supplying suitable size of MS angle busket and nylon rope of required length including supplying of nuts, bolts and all other materials.

150mm dial Pressure gauge [Range 0-7kg/cm²] with glycerine filling inside the dial including brass cock and fitting complete [This cost includes 15mm. dia G.I. pipes and specials].

100mm dial Depth gauge capable to measure direct reading in feet with steel air pipe with all accessories and including supply of good quality hand pump. [This cost includes 15mm. dia G.I. pipes and specials].

Supply,delivery of M.S Kiosk box of 661mm x 559 mm (LxW) Size having thickness of 1.5 mm with angle support at four legs having hight of 661 mm with provision of locking arrangement, supply of lock,cable entry point incl. painting by one coat of black paint over one coat of primer all complete.

50mm. dia. non metalic pipes (IS:14930) and specials for protection of submersible cable (as per site requirement).

Incresseing the existing tube well Casing height up to a standard level as per direction of EIC. (as per requirement at site) Dia upto of 250mm.

Laying of 25 sqmm. 3.5 core AL. Ar. Cable in wall/ floor by supplying of all necessary materials as per IE Rules and as per direction. (Item No.2.05)

Making brick pillar 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.75 Mtr/Suitable hight for supporting of valves and pipes with 12mm thick plaster and net cement finish complete.

Making suitable size pump foundation including erection of Kiosk box with supplying of necessary cement, sand and stone chips including plastering and net cement finish complete.

Installation of the materials (to be supplied under above sl no. 2.01 to 2.04 and 3.00 to 15.00) such as Pump motor set with column pipes, valves, motor starter fitting-fixing pressure gauge, depth gauge & drawing delivery out-let & washout line with the supplied specials/accessories by providing antisnapping cage of suitable size including supply of cable gland, sockets, wooden board, control cable etc including brick, sand, cement rod etc as required to complete the job as per direction and upto the entire satis faction of the EIC.

Supply and delivery at site of 20 KVA, 3phase, oil cooled type Servo Motor operated copper wound line voltage corrector conforming to IS-9815 (Pt.-1)-1994 suitable for un-balanced input voltage Phase to Phase 200 V - 500 V including first filling oil as per IS-335 where applicable as per approved drawing and NIT specification. *T.C. & G.C. should be submitted for Voltage Stabilizer.

Supply and delivery of following materials at site.

100 Amps Re-wireable porcelain fuse unit type TPN Main Switch with steel sheet enclosure (Conforms: IS/IEC600947-1&3).

Re-wireable type TPN Changeover switch 100 Amps 415V, 50Hz, 4p offload with steel sheet enclosure (Conforms: IS/IEC60947-1&3).

100 Amps, 4way, wall mounted Copper Busbar Chamber with steel sheet enclosure (Conforms:IS/IEC:60947-3).

1.1KV grade 25 sq.mm 3.5 core XPLE Aluminium armoured cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988, with upto date amendments. (For T/W No. I, II & III)

Making brick built foundation with supplying of all required materials suitable for the above voltage stabilizer by (4:1) cement mortar including holding down foundation bolts and plaster with neat cement finish, sloping all complete as per direction of EIC.

Fitting, fixing of change over switch, Busbar chamber and main switch as mentioned in item no. 14.01, 14.02 and 14.03 on the iron angle frame of suitable size fixed at suitable position on wall by supplying all necessary fixing materials all complete as per direction of EIC.

Installation of the above voltage stabilizer as in item no. 20.00 on the foundation including making all connection complete as per direction of EIC.

Drawing and connection of cable as in item no. 21.04 on wall/surface from change over to panel via Voltage stabilizer, Bus bar and Main Switch incl. S & fitting-fixing of required nos. of MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting.

Making joints of the cable by Supplying compression type gland thimple socket etc as per requirement & as per direction of E.I.C.

Making Earthing arrangement as per following --

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth electrode and filling and ramming for soft soil.

Earthing with 50 mm dia Gl pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts.long with TATA-Medium GI pipe with a provision to connect 25mm X 6mm GI flat strip complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers etc as required.

Supplying & fixing of earth Busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat 50 mm X 6mm on wall having clearance of 6mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulator etc as required.

50 mm X 6mm galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection of equipments incld. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc as required.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36cm X 86.36cm X 46cm deep (below ground level) complete with cemented brick work (1:6) of 25cm width duly plaster with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56cm X 35.56cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46nos. 12mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

Extra treatment of soil by using salt and charcoal or coke for plate electrode.

Supply, delivery and storage at site of automatically controlled diaphragm type Chlorinator dosing pump with flow rate 100 LPH and maximum pressure of 10 kg/cm² with all accessories for pump & motor, foundation bolt, suction and discharge flange and with storage tank of dosing solution of 100 Ltr. Capacity and the prime mover to be coupled with pump of 0.5 H.P., 3 Phase, 1450 RPM, squirrel cage TEFC induction motor, Motor will be IE3 and as per approved drawing and NIT specification. *T.C. & G.C. should be submitted for Chlorinator.

Installation and commissioning of above supplied Chlorinator with all accessories, PVC tank and dawing of power line as per IE rules by supplying of necessary wire and continous earthing. This include the cost of all necessary CC foundation [at least 200mm height] with concrete mixture [sand, cement, stonechips] and neat cement finish by supplying all required materials and testing the entire set as per direction of EIC.

Making internal electrification of pump house consisting of two bracket point, one tube light point, two bulk head point, one fan point and 1 NO. 74 watt LED fixture with arm bracket at outside and one three pin plug point including supply of all necessary materials to complete the work as per IE rules and as per direction (All the fittings and lamp should be LED type as per choice of EIC).

Supply & delivery of plastic Chair without arm.

Supply & delivery of plastic Table.

Supply, delivery & installation of the following Fan as directed by EIC. Ceiling Fan 1200mm sweep including Fan clamp as and when required.

Commissioning of the whole installation and testing by licensed electrician and trial run for three months after Commissioning as per instruction of EIC by engaging one operater.

Make: As per Departmental approved vendor list.

N.B. Progressive Bills shall only be done after third Party inspection agency engaged by PHED.
