M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1, (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in roof padding/roof kerb etc including bring the surface of slab in slope incl finish the surface even and fair witout using extra cement complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for 15mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3 admixed with integral water proofing compound FOSROC complast x412 IC @ 130ml per bag or as per manufacture instructions including a bond coat of FSROC NITCO bond AR cement slurry/shalimar tar product using @ 200ml per bag complete all as per manufactures instruction complete including all as directed and specified .

M&L for appying one coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg /Sqm for placing APP memberane all as spd and directed .

M&L for APP based polymeric memberane minimum weighing 3Kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove facric (Wt not less than 15Gm/Sqm) on primed surface including placing and lapping with torching application all as per manufactur's instruction complete all as spd and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soof/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in depth in soft/loose soils complete all as specified anddirected.

Removing excavated materials(soil) to distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling in layers under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for hard core of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick 1: 3: 6 type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 ( 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finished even and smoot with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even & fair.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) in two layer of 10mm thick each with using WPC shall be mixed with cement mortar in finishing outer layer only as per manufacturer's instruction, on other than fair face of brick/stone masonry (external surfaces) finished surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or previously untreated wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for for applying two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion weather proof paint overa coat of primer on new plasterd surface including preparation of new plasterd surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafter and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle clear or other connecting plates conforing to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250 quality-A)including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of surfaces at contractor's workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc silicon finished with resin coat on both side @ 70 grms/Sqm GI based corrugated steel sheets of any colour and any pattern as approved having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as in roof complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc silicon finished with resin coat on both side @ 70 grms/Sqm GI based plain steel sheets of any colour and any pattern as approved having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, valley, eaves etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreatedsteel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats synthetic enamal paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Materials & labour for rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) in two layer of 10 mm thick each with using WPC shall be mixed with cement mortar in finishing outer layer only as per manufacturer instruction, on other than fair face of brick/stone masonry surfaces (external surfaces) finished surface fair and even with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M & L for Framed work for Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E165).

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) in PCCC type C-1(1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggragate setting in cement mortar(1:4), complete, in wall all as spd and directed.

Material & labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of 7 to 8mm thick ( Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc conforming to IS-13712, grade B-II-(a) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including cement screed bed/bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials & labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size (300x200mm/350x250mm/450x350mm) of 7mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado/riser to steps etc conforming to IS-13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed/backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix galvanised steel water tubing 15 mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls/ceiling or laid in floors complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixed in repair 15mm bore pillar taps, fancy type with long neck with aerator cast copper alloy with capstan head, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure with long screwed shanks, fly-nuts, with screwed for GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Make : ESSCO Cat part No. SQT-508KN or equivalent/approved make complete all as specified and asi directed.

Supply and fix in repair white vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) EWC,of size 570x 460 x 380 mm with 'P' or 'S' trap,including fixing bolts, plastic water closet seat cover, closed pattern with flat bottom, and mild steel chromium plated or aluminum anodised hinging device, making all necessary connections and making good the disturbed surfaces of floor complete all as specified and as directed. Make Hindware Cat No. 20012 or equivalent approved make.

Supply and fix in repair white vitreous china squatting pan of 'ORISSA Pattern' , of size 580mm x 440mm (white) with intergal fot rest 'P' OR 'S' trap, front or back inlet, any pattern (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and flushing pipe anti syphon pipe etc complete including provision of PCC bedding and connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, etc.complete including making good to floor all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make :Hindware Cat No. 20042 or equivalent approved make.

Supply & fix as in repair 10 litre capacity low level PVC flushing cistern (any colour), syphonic action type, with inlet,ball valve, float,handle, fixed with cast iron bracket (of suitable size) and providing 32 mm dia PVC flush pipe and making all necessary connections complete (excluding PVC connection pipe) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Hindware Model SLEEK ESSENCE DUAL FLUSH or equivalent approved.

Supply and fix viterous china, snow white colour flat back wash hand basin (half pedestal) of size 510mmx400mmx290mm fixed with and including cast iron brackets of suitable size including providing 32mm dia CP waste pipe, 32mm bore coupling (half or full threaded minimum weight 45gms) and including all necessary connections as directed. S&F steel ventilator, with top hung shutter including hinges with fixed type MS handles , peg stay and tower bolt but with additional sash bars MS flats for fixing wire gauge complete all as specified & as directed.
