Engaging the experienced skilled men in shift duties to attend minor repair work for trouble free operation of boiler Unit-1 & 3 lift and daily checking of functioning of lifts, condition of car door, landing door and their locks, alarm systems, availability of permanent power supply for motors and associated switch gear. Including consumables and T&P's.

Maintenance works for Unit-1 & 3 boiler lifts: a) Upkeeping of equipments properly adjusted, and they will use all reasonable care to maintain the lift in proper operating condition. b) Periodical examination, lubrication, minor adjustments for all functioning & moving parts. c) Cleaning of motors, controllers, sensors, limit switches, oscillator switches, timers and relays. d) The electrical components like push buttons, floor position indicators, limit switches, oscillator switches, timer boards, relays, etc should be replaced if found defective. e) Mechanical components like door locks, door beads, door rollers, gibbs, guide shoes, bearings etc shall be replaced if found defective. f) Periodical examination and lubrication of all safety devices and governors. g) The electrical components like controller, EM Brake, Floor switches, Floor Position indicator, limit switches, door locks and mechanical parts like gear, guide shoes and safety gear are covered under the scope of contractor and the major components like sheave, main suspension steel rope, doors, main V3F drive, door V3F drive and mother board shall be borne by TANGEDCO. h) Service calls should be attended and completed within 24 Hours of all days. i) Supply of materials, consumables items and T&P’s for periodical service rectification of lift whenever required.

LOAD TESTING for certificate as per the prevailing act from the competent authority in every six months. For load testing, transportation of materials and arranging for testing by the competent authority witnessing the load test and obtaining necessary Certificate to 1365kg Boiler lift. Including consumables and T&P's.
