A. Sewer & Appurtenant works

Survey, Design, Providing & Laying of Sewerage network including excavation by manual/ mechanical means and disposal of surplus earth from the site of work upto requisite lead by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking, sewer bedding PCC 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with non-pressure RCC NP-3 (minimum size 200mm dia including socket & spigot pipes with rubber gasket joint), including testing of joints, manhole @ 30m distance with drop arrangement, Dismantling and restoration of different type of road such as bitumen road, CC Road, tiles etc. All the work proposed shall be designed in accordance with relevant code of earthquake design and NDMA guidelines. The work shall include all costs for the supply of pipes, jointing material and other materials, transport, plant, labour and equipment for excavating, shoring, dewatering,formation preparation, bedding, installing to true line and level, fittings and jointing, testing,surrounding, backfilling, compacting, reinstatement to original condition.RCC NP-3 Sewer Pipes-IS 458:2003 including utility shifting etc. (Complete Job in all respects)

Providing, Laying, Jointing, Testing and Commissioning of High Density Polyethylene pipes, (HDPE), PE-80 grade, PN-6, confirming to IS:14333 for sewergae network. The work shall include all costs for the supply of pipes, jointing material and other materials, transport, plant, labour and equipment for excavating, shoring, dewatering, formation preparation, bedding, installing to true line and level, fittings and jointing, testing, surrounding, backfilling, compacting, temporary & paremenent surface/road reinstatement/restoration, disposal of surplus excavated materials within 15 Kms., etc. under the designed sewerage system in conformance with the Technical Specification and Approved Drawings.

B. Manholes

Construction of Brick Work Manholes. The quoted rates shall include all costs for the supply of all materials, transport, plant, labour and equipment for excavating, shoring, dewatering, formation preparation, testing, backfilling, compacting, temporary surface reinstatement, disposal of surplus excavated materials within 15 Kms., etc. the designed sewerage system in conformance with the Technical Specification and Approved Drawings incl construction of Drop manhole whereever requried.

C. House Connections

Providing and Construction of masonry chamber 45x45x60cm with providing, laying, jointing & testing of 110 mm dia UPVC SDR 34 IS 15328: 2003 & 160 mm dia HDPE PN-4, PE-80, IS 14333: 1996 sewer pipes and type D bedding for property/ house sewer connections, including the connectivity of Property/ House hold to this chamber 45x45x60cm with UPVC 110 mm dia and further connecting this chamber to the nearest Manhole with 160 mm dia HDPE PN4 PE 80. The quoted rates shall include all costs for the supply of all materials, transport, plant, labour and equipment for excavating, shoring, dewatering, formation preparation, testing,backfilling,compacting, temporary surface reinstatement, disposal of surplus excavated materials within 15 Kms., etc. the designed sewerage system conformance with the technical specification and approved drawings. With 75 class designation brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4coarse sand) with C.I. Cover to serve as house sewer connecting chamber @ 1 no. between 2 houses (complete job including connecting two nos. house with one /per chamber)

O & M Works

Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of Sewerage Network, shall be done by the bidder for 5 years . The cost of manpower and other consumables shall have to be quoted by the bidder. The period of O&M shall start after completion of 6 months successful trail run.
